Die-cut stickers are cut right round the outline of your design rather than to a circle or a square: a logo, a character, a product silhouette, each one supplied as its own loose piece, ready to peel. Upload your artwork and we print the run and cut it on our Zünd this afternoon, 2 mm outside the edge of your design.
Choose a 50, 75 or 100 mm size, the square your sticker fits inside, or give its own measurements, on paper or on a gloss white, matt white or gloss clear polyester film, at the standard online price. Same-day die-cut stickers FAQs
Do I need to supply a cut line for same-day die-cut stickers?
No. Upload a PNG with a transparent background, your design on plain white, or a PDF, and we draw the cut line 2 mm outside the edge of your design; gaps inside the design are filled and the cut follows the outside edge. A PDF with a cut line named CutContour is cut on that line. The cut is drawn on your free print preview before we print, and the same-day clock runs from your approval of it.
What shapes and sizes can be cut the same day?
Any outline. Custom shape: we cut right round your design on our Zünd, 2 mm outside its edge, and supply each sticker loose. Pick 50, 75 or 100 mm on the Custom shape tab, the square your sticker fits inside, or type the most it measures each way, from 30 mm up to 300 × 420 mm. The band between the design and the cut is not printed: white on a white stock, clear on the clear film.
Which stocks are available for same-day die-cut stickers?
Every stock on the order page: paper for dry indoor use, or a gloss white, matt white or gloss clear polyester film, which resists water, oil and handling better than paper. Nothing is laminated. The gloss white film has a removable adhesive, so pick another stock for a sticker that must stay put, and the clear film is printed without white ink, so anything white in your design stays clear.
Can I use artwork I made with ChatGPT, Canva or another AI tool?
Yes. Every file is checked before it prints, whatever made it. AI images are often made at screen size, so on a larger print they can come out soft: if yours would, we show you which image and you choose to print it as it is, upload a sharper file, or send us the high-resolution images and our studio updates the artwork for you.
