Standard delivery is FREE to UK mainland addresses on orders over £25, and £2.95 below that. (Unusually heavy orders are priced at checkout.)
Delivery prices are shown excluding VAT, like every price on the site — VAT is added at checkout at the rate that applies to your order, so zero-rated print (leaflets, booklets) carries no VAT on its delivery either.
Prices shown are for UK Mainland. Highlands & Islands and international rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery speeds count from dispatch — production time is shown per product at checkout.
Next-day delivery needs your order in, and your artwork approved, by 2.30pm Mon–Fri for delivery the next working day. Production is scheduled from your approval, not from the time you order, so orders placed or artwork approved after that, or at weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day and arrive the working day after. Every order gets a free artwork proof within the hour; changes to the artwork itself are a priced service per file, back within the hour too. Missed the 2.30pm cutoff but still need it on the next working day (that is tomorrow when you order Monday to Thursday)? Choose Tomorrow Delivery at checkout in London: priority production first thing on the next working day and a tracked courier the same day, priced like same-day.

Delivery Process

Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, we carefully prepare your print materials with the utmost attention to quality and detail. You'll receive an email from CustomerService@presswift.com with your tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Our tracking emails include all the information you need to monitor your delivery, including the carrier details and estimated delivery date. You can track your order in real-time to know exactly when it will arrive.

Delivery Times

Important: Delivery times are calculated from the dispatch date, not the order date. Production time varies depending on the product and specifications you choose. You'll see estimated production and delivery times at checkout.

  • Same-day orders placed by 2.30pm (Mon–Fri) are printed and delivered the same day in London
  • Weekend and bank holiday orders are processed on the next working day
  • Remote areas may require additional delivery time
  • We deliver to all UK addresses including Northern Ireland

Safe Delivery Practices

If you're not home when your order arrives, our delivery partners will:

  • Leave the package in a safe place (if possible)
  • Leave with a neighbour (with your consent)
  • Leave a card with collection instructions from your local depot
  • Hold your package safely for up to 14 days for collection

All our orders are carefully packaged to withstand handling and remain in perfect condition until you receive them.

Tracking Your Order

To track your order, simply log in to your account and use the "Track Order" feature in the top header. You'll see real-time updates on your order status and delivery progress.

Collection from Premises

Collection from our Battersea site is available to pre-authorised customers by prior arrangement — contact us to set this up. All other orders are delivered to your specified address.
