Badges, programmes and the delegate pack

The first thing a guest reads is the badge on the person in front of them, the second is the programme in their hand. Lanyards, running orders and the folders and notepads that make up the pack on every seat.

The stage, the room and the photo wall

Banners behind the panel, boards for the theme of the year, posters along the corridor and the frame for the photograph everyone shares afterwards.

Invitations, tickets and the breakfast table

Getting people to the room, and seating them once they arrive. Flyers for the noticeboard, postcards with the theme printed, tickets for the lunch, and the table plan, place cards and menus for the meal.

Thank-yous, stickers and merchandise

The card for each speaker, the stickers for badges and laptops, and the small printed things that go home in the pack.

International Women's Day Printing FAQs

What is the last date I can order for delivery before International Women's Day?

For 2027: order, with your artwork approved, by 2.30pm on Fri 5 Mar for same-day courier delivery in London; by 2.30pm on Thu 4 Mar for next-working-day delivery anywhere in the UK; and by Fri 26 Feb for standard delivery (3-5 working days), free on orders over £25, to UK mainland addresses. The dates are worked out from the print room's working days, so an 8 March that falls on a weekend is already allowed for. Foil or mounting needs a few extra days — ask for a quote and we give you a firm date.

Can I order one thank-you card per speaker, and can it have foil?

One card per speaker is fine: personalised cards from the online designer start at a single card, priced at one flat rate per card, printed on thick silk card, folded and delivered ready to write. Foil is a separate, quoted run rather than a designer option: gold and silver foil is applied in-house on card runs — no die, so a handful of speakers' cards is affordable — but foil is not part of the same-day route; quote it and we give you a firm date.

Do you have International Women's Day designs, and can I use purple?

The online designer carries International Women's Day layouts for greeting cards, flyers, foam boards, name badges and place cards: add the event name, her name and a photograph (JPEG or PNG up to 10MB, with a warning if it may print soft), or upload finished artwork for any product. Purple is the traditional colour of the day; put it in your artwork and we print what you send.

Can the programme be a proper booklet rather than a folded sheet?

Yes. Saddle-stitched, stapled, wire-bound and perfect-bound booklets are all printed in-house, so a running order with speaker biographies and a sponsors' page can be a booklet with a cover. Everything except perfect-bound booklets is on the same-day route across London for orders placed by 2.30pm Mon–Fri.

Can I order badges for several teams and cards for several speakers in one go?

Yes. Add each design to your basket as its own line and check out once — the order is grouped and delivered together.

Are you connected to the International Women's Day organisation?

No. We are a commercial printer in London with no affiliation to any Women's Day organisation or campaign; we print for the workplaces, networks and community groups that mark the day, and the artwork and the message are yours.
