Bollard covers turn the bollards you already have into advertising space. Each cover is a 4mm Correx sleeve, printed full colour on every face and creased so it folds into a three-sided sleeve for round bollards up to about 180mm across, or a four-sided sleeve for posts up to about 200mm. Choose a height of 1000mm or 1200mm, then fix with the cable ties or tape you already use on site. Correx is waterproof and lightweight, so the sleeves handle a car park in the rain and stay put for a seasonal campaign. Order one for a show home or a hundred for a retail park.

Because every job is printed to your own artwork and specification, we cannot take a return simply because you have changed your mind, and errors carried through the proof you approved, or colour and trim variation within normal print tolerance, are not print faults. Which sleeve shape do I need?
Measure the widest point of your bollard. Round bollards up to about 180mm across take the three-sided triangular sleeve; anything up to about 200mm, including square posts, takes the four-sided sleeve. If your bollards are larger or an unusual shape, send us the dimensions and we will advise.
How do the covers fix to the bollard?
They arrive flat with crease lines already cut in, so you fold the panels round the bollard and close the sleeve with cable ties or tape. We do not supply fixings, so use the cable ties or tape you already have on site. A 4mm Correx sleeve is light enough for one person to fit without help.
How long will they last outside?
Correx is waterproof and weatherproof, and the UV-cured inks are colourfast and scratch-resistant, so a cover typically lasts one to two years outdoors. For a weekend festival or a six-week seasonal push that is plenty; for a longer-running site you can simply swap in a fresh set.
Can each face carry a different design?
Yes. The sleeve is printed as one flat piece, so you can run a single wraparound image, repeat the same panel three or four times, or give each face its own message, for example a logo on one side and directions on the next. Just keep anything important clear of the crease lines.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single cover for a show home entrance or a hundred or more for a retail park, and the price on the page updates as you change the quantity, height and sleeve shape.
Can I see a proof before printing?
Every file is checked by a real person before it prints, and you can add an emailed PDF proof as an optional extra when you order if you want to sign off the panel layout first. Bear in mind screens show RGB while we print CMYK, so a proof confirms layout rather than exact colour.

About Bollard Covers
A bollard cover is a printed sleeve that slips over a bollard and turns it into an advertising column at eye level with drivers and pedestrians. Ours are made from 4mm white Correx, a fluted polypropylene that is lightweight, waterproof and weatherproof, and typically lasts one to two years outdoors. The sleeve is printed single-sided, with full colour on every outward-facing panel. Choose the three-sided version for round bollards up to about 180mm across, or the four-sided version for bollards up to about 200mm, at a height of 1000mm or 1200mm. When the campaign ends, the polypropylene is recyclable.
We print each cover in our Battersea workshop, direct to the Correx on a Canon Arizona UV flatbed. The UV-cured inks are scratch- and water-resistant and colourfast, so the print holds up to rain and scuffs. The sheet goes to our Zund cutter, which cuts the outline and adds the crease lines in the same pass, so every fold lands where the panel edge should be. Covers arrive flat and creased; you fold them round the bollard on site and secure them with your cable ties or tape. That suits retail-park promotions, show-home directions, festival sponsorship and roadworks advertising.
Send a print-ready PDF at 300dpi in CMYK with 3mm bleed. Keep text and logos at least 10mm inside the trim and clear of the crease lines, because anything sitting on a fold will wrap round the corner of the sleeve. If you would rather we set the artwork, ask and our designers will lay out each panel to the sleeve shape and height you have chosen. Every file is checked by a person before it prints, and an emailed PDF proof is available as an add-on. Screen colours are RGB and print is CMYK, so expect slight shifts.
