How the promise works
Find a like-for-like quote from another UK printer for less than our price, send it to us before you place your order, and we'll beat that quote by 5%. Like-for-like means the same job on the same specification, compared on the delivered total including VAT — the conditions below say exactly what we check.
If a quote does not meet those conditions we will tell you why, and tell you what we can do instead.
What counts as like-for-like
The other printer's quote has to match yours on all of the following:
Size and quantity — the same finished size and the same number of copies
Stock — the same type of paper or board, within 50gsm of the weight you have chosen with us
Printing and finishing — the same sides printed, the same colours and the same finishing (lamination, folding, binding, cutting)
Turnaround — the same production and delivery speed, to the same UK address
Delivered total including VAT — we compare the full amount you would pay, with delivery and VAT included on both sides
A named UK printer — a UK-registered, VAT-registered printing company, quoting a price available to the public at the time of your claim
Evidence we can check — a link to the price, or a screenshot or written quote showing the specification and the total
How to claim
- Send us the details through the price match request form, with your specification and the quantity you want
- Add the other printer's delivered total including VAT, and the link, screenshot or written quote it comes from
- We check the specification line by line against your job
- If it is like-for-like, we come back with a price 5% below that delivered total for you to accept
Claim before you order. We cannot apply the promise to an order that has already been paid for.

These are prices we have no like-for-like way to compare:
Trade-only or account-only prices, including negotiated contract rates, that are not available to the public
Coupon, voucher, flash-sale and clearance prices
Marketplace listings and print brokers, where the printer and the specification cannot be identified
Obvious pricing errors

Every order is printed to the proof you approve and the specification you choose. If what arrives does not match them, or is damaged or short, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we reprint the affected copies or, where a reprint is not practical, refund them.
