Most stapled booklets are fixed with a single staple in the top-left corner, though a side staple down one edge is also common. Let us know your preference and we will position it to suit how the document is read.
The two are similar but not the same. Saddle-stitched booklets are folded and stapled through the spine, whereas stapled booklets use flat, unfolded sheets held by a corner or edge staple, giving a report-style rather than brochure-style finish.
A metal staple grips flat sheets firmly and stands up well to regular handling, filing and reading. For documents that will be flicked through constantly over a long period, a threaded binding like wire or comb lasts longer.
Yes, we can print single or double sided in full colour. If you go double sided, keep important content clear of the stapled corner or edge so nothing is obscured where the staple sits.
Supply a print-ready PDF in CMYK at 300dpi with 3mm bleed. Because the sheets stay flat rather than folded, simply lay your pages out in reading order and we will collate and staple them in sequence.
