What is the last date I can order for delivery before Burns Night?
For 2027: order, with your artwork approved, by 2.30pm on Fri 22 Jan for same-day courier delivery in London; by 2.30pm on Thu 21 Jan for next-working-day delivery anywhere in the UK; and by Fri 15 Jan for standard delivery (3-5 working days), free on orders over £25, to UK mainland addresses. The dates are worked out from the print room's working days, so a weekend Burns Night is already allowed for. Foil or laminated menus need a few extra days — ask for a quote and we give you a firm date.
Can the menu carry the running order of the supper?
Yes. Most Burns supper menus we print put the courses on one side and the order of the evening on the other — the Selkirk Grace, the piping in, the Address to a Haggis, the Immortal Memory and the toasts — so nobody needs a separate sheet. Menus can be laminated for a pub that runs the supper over several nights; lamination takes a little longer than the same-day route.
How few place cards or programmes can I order?
Prices for every non-quote product are shown online before checkout, so you can see what a small supper of thirty costs before you commit. Standard delivery (3-5 working days) to UK mainland addresses is free on orders over £25, and quote-only products are priced personally.
Do I need finished artwork?
Upload a print-ready PDF and we print it on our own presses in London. Products with an online designer — place cards and party cards among them — can be laid out in the browser instead, and the galleries carry Burns Night layouts for flyers, menus, place cards and tent cards, so start from one of those and add your own words.
Can I have foil on the programmes or vouchers?
Gold and silver foil is applied in-house on card runs, tags and vouchers — there is no die, so a small run for one supper is affordable. Foil is not part of the same-day route; quote it and we give you a firm date.
Can I order the menu, place cards and tickets together?
Yes. Add each product and each design to your basket as its own line and check out once — the order is grouped and delivered together. For a whole supper with a fixed date, ask for a quote and we price it as one job.
