Each template has the bleed, cut line and safe area already marked, so your file is set up correctly first time:
- Download your size and corner style — PDF for Illustrator, Affinity or InDesign; PNG for Photoshop or Canva.
- Open it in your design app, or place it on a locked layer at 100% size — it already includes the 3mm bleed.
- Design over it: run your background right to the red bleed edge and keep text and logos inside the green safe area.
- Hide or delete the template layer, then export a print-ready PDF (CMYK, 300dpi) and upload it with your order.
Delivered within 3-5 working days of ordering, once your free proof is approved. That window is the whole job, not just the van: we print, finish and dispatch your order and the tracked carrier delivers it. The clock starts when you approve your free digital proof, so approving promptly is the fastest thing you can do.
Choose your delivery speed at checkout — every parcel is tracked:
- • Standard delivery — 3-5 working days, free to UK mainland addresses on orders over £25, £2.95 below that
- • Next-day delivery — next working day when you order and approve your artwork by 2.30pm Mon–Fri, priced at checkout
- • Next-day by 1pm or by 10.30am — next working day, by the time chosen, when you order and approve your artwork by 2.30pm Mon–Fri, priced at checkout

The Highlands & Islands, offshore and international addresses are priced live at checkout, as are unusually heavy orders — over 15kg is £14.95 whatever the order value. Very large pieces (any side over 120cm, such as A0 boards) go by courier rather than post: £7.95 on Standard, with the faster services at the courier's large-parcel rate, shown at checkout. See live delivery prices and times.
Every order is covered by the Presswift Guarantee: printed to the proof you approve and the specification you choose, or put right. If what arrives is damaged, short or does not match the approved proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the problem and a count of the affected copies, and keep the copies unused while we look. We reprint the affected copies to the same specification or, where a reprint is not practical, refund them; approved refunds reach your original payment method within 7-10 working days. Read the Presswift Guarantee.
Because every job is printed to your own artwork and specification, we cannot take a return simply because you have changed your mind, and errors carried through the proof you approved, or colour and trim variation within normal print tolerance, are not print faults. That is what the free digital proof is for — check the colours, wording and layout on the proof and nothing goes to press until you are happy with it.
Which thickness should I choose: 6mm, 10mm or 16mm?
Use 6mm for hanging signs and panels that fix flat to a wall. 10mm is the all-rounder for large presentation boards and counter fronts. Go to 16mm when the board stands unsupported, gets moved between events or forms part of a freestanding unit, because the thicker board stays stiffer across a wide span.
Can I use Eco Display Boards outdoors?
No. The board is made from paper fibre, so rain and damp will soften it. Keep it indoors; for an outdoor stand, hoarding or festival entrance choose Correx, Foamex or Dibond from our other board ranges. Festival signage on this board belongs in the marquee, the bar tent or backstage.
Is the board really recyclable, and how do I dispose of it?
Yes. Eco Display Boards are made from recycled fibre and can be recycled again after use rather than going to landfill, and they are strong enough to reuse across several events first. If you add lamination, bear in mind the film is plastic, so leave it off when recyclability matters most.
How do I hang or stand an Eco Display Board?
Pick the Hole finish and a to-scale picker appears on the product page: choose a preset such as two top corners or four corners, drag holes into place, or type exact millimetre positions, in 6, 8 or 10mm. Holes sit at least 12mm from the edge. For tabletop display, choose rounded corners with a strut.
Can you cut Eco Display Boards to a shape?
Yes. Our Zund flatbed cutter follows any outline you supply, so a board can be a product silhouette, an arch, a lettered header or a set of interlocking panels. Add the cut path as a separate vector layer in your PDF, or tell us what you have in mind and we will draw it.
What is the largest size you can print?
A single board can be anything up to 1220 x 2440mm, which covers A0 with room to spare, and you can type any custom size in millimetres on the product page to price it live. If you need a wall wider than one sheet, talk to us before you order and we can discuss how best to split it into panels.
How much do Eco Display Boards cost?
Eco Display Boards start from £16.24 excluding VAT. The price updates live on this page as you choose your size, material and quantity, and the price per unit falls at higher quantities.
What sizes do Eco Display Boards come in?
Eco Display Boards are available in 8 sizes: A7, A6, A5, A4, A3, A2, A1 and A0. You can also enter a custom size in millimetres and see the price update instantly.
Which materials can I choose for Eco Display Boards?
Eco Display Boards can be printed on Xanita Board 10mm, Xanita Board 16mm and Xanita Board 6mm. Each option is listed with its thickness or type so you can match durability to the job, and the page reprices as you switch.
Do you offer bulk discounts on Eco Display Boards?
Yes. Eco Display Boards carry quantity discounts, so the price per unit falls as the run grows. Change the quantity on this page and the discount is applied to the total automatically.
Can I get Eco Display Boards delivered the same day?
Yes. Order Eco Display Boards, and approve your artwork, by 2.30pm Mon–Fri and a tracked courier delivers them the same day in London. Elsewhere in the UK, standard tracked delivery takes 3-5 working days, with express and next-day options at checkout (next-day: order and approve your artwork by 2.30pm Mon–Fri).
How much is delivery for Eco Display Boards?

About Eco Display Boards
An Eco Display Board is a rigid panel built from recycled paper fibre: a honeycomb core sandwiched between flat paper-board faces. That structure is what gives it the stiffness of a much heavier board at a fraction of the weight, which is why it suits large freestanding displays that a person still has to carry through a venue door. We print it in 6mm, 10mm and 16mm. All three are indoor boards; they are not weatherproof, so keep them out of the rain. Once a display has done its job the board is recyclable rather than landfill.
Every board is printed in our Battersea workshop on a Canon Arizona flatbed. UV-cured ink bonds to the face of the board, so the print is scratch- and water-resistant and colourfast. The board then goes to our Zund cutter, which trims it square, rounds the corners, drills fixing holes where you placed them on the picker, or cuts a full contour in a single pass. Order single sided for wall and easel panels, or double sided for anything people walk around: exhibition stands, freestanding retail units, gallery interpretation panels, festival wayfinding and school displays that must survive a term of handling.
Send a print-ready PDF at 300dpi in CMYK with 3mm bleed, and keep text and logos at least 10mm inside the trim, because the honeycomb board is cut after printing and edges are trimmed to the finished size. If you would rather we set the artwork, just ask. A member of the team checks every file before it prints, and you can add an emailed PDF proof at checkout if you want to sign off before we go to press. Screens show RGB and we print CMYK, so expect a small shift in colour.
