Plain, unprinted C5 envelopes to go with your A5 invitations, cards and folded A4 letters, in stocks chosen to match our invitation papers. Order by 1.30pm. Colorplan Pristine White is a smooth bright white envelope that reaches us in two working days. Mohawk Superfine Ultrawhite Eggshell, the same paper as our Mohawk invitations, and the soft silk-finish Accent Antique are made up into envelopes by hand to order, so allow 3 to 5 working days for those. We ship the day they arrive and you choose the delivery service then. Supplied flat and unsealed, gummed flap. No artwork is needed.

Northern Ireland, the Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Wight, offshore and international addresses are priced live at checkout, as are unusually heavy orders: over 15kg is £14.95 whatever the order value. Flat prints bigger than A4, such as A3 posters or 25 cm stickers, travel in a larger, board-backed pack: paid delivery services carry a packing charge for it, shown at checkout, and free standard delivery stays free. Very large pieces (any side over 120 cm, such as A0 boards) go by courier rather than post, at the courier price shown at checkout for each service. Pieces over 150 cm, or over 100 cm both ways, are beyond the parcel couriers: they travel with a specialist courier at the rate shown at checkout, or we split the artwork into smaller panels for you free of charge. Every order is covered by the Presswift Guarantee: printed to the print preview you approve and the specification you choose, or put right. If what arrives is damaged, short or does not match the approved print preview, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the problem and a count of the affected copies, and keep the copies unused while we look. We reprint the affected copies to the same specification or, where a reprint is not practical, refund them; approved refunds reach your original payment method within 7-10 working days. Because every job is printed to your own artwork and specification, we cannot take a return simply because you have changed your mind, and errors carried through the print preview you approved, or colour and trim variation within normal print tolerance, are not print faults. That is what the free print preview is for: check the colours, wording and layout on the print preview and nothing goes to press until you are happy with it.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF (recommended), AI, EPS, and high-resolution JPG/PNG files. PDFs should be press-ready with fonts embedded and images at 300 DPI minimum.
What is your standard turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround is 3-5 working days from artwork approval. We also offer express services for urgent orders - please contact us for availability and pricing.
Do you offer design services?
Yes. Our artwork studio can fix, finish or rebuild your file, from £15.00 + VAT per file, with the print preview back within the hour of payment (studio hours, 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday). A new design from scratch is quoted: tell us what you need and we will price it.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Paper and stock swatches are available on request. A printed sample of your own artwork is a short production run in its own right, so it is quoted and charged per job (the price depends on the product, paper and finish) and sent by the delivery service you choose. Ask us and we will price it for you.
