Please supply your artwork as a print-ready PDF with a 3mm bleed and crop marks. Make sure all colours are CMYK and imagery is 300dpi.

Free design templates
Each template has the bleed, cut line and safe area already marked, so your file is set up correctly first time:
- Download your size and corner style — PDF for Illustrator, Affinity or InDesign; PNG for Photoshop or Canva.
- Open it in your design app, or place it on a locked layer at 100% size — it already includes the 3mm bleed.
- Design over it: run your background right to the red bleed edge and keep text and logos inside the green safe area.
- Hide or delete the template layer, then export a print-ready PDF (CMYK, 300dpi) and upload it with your order.

If what arrives is damaged, short or does not match the approved proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the problem and a count of the affected copies, and keep the copies unused while we look. Because every job is printed to your own artwork and specification, we cannot take a return simply because you have changed your mind, and errors carried through the proof you approved, or colour and trim variation within normal print tolerance, are not print faults. That is what the free digital proof is for — check the colours, wording and layout on the proof and nothing goes to press until you are happy with it.
What size should a welcome sign be?
A3 suits a counter or a check-in desk, A2 is a comfortable easel size in a hallway, and A1 is what you want if guests need to read it from across a courtyard or at the top of a drive.
What is the sign printed on?
Rigid 5mm foam board — a lightweight foam core between two printed faces. It stands on an easel without bowing, is light enough to carry in on your own and prints edge to edge with no white border.
Can it go outside?
Foam board is intended for indoor and sheltered use; sustained rain or wind will damage it. If your sign needs to stand outdoors, tell us and we will suggest a more weather-resistant board such as Dibond.
Do you supply a stand?
The board is supplied ready for an easel or a display stand. Check what your venue has before the day and tell us the size you are ordering so you can confirm the easel will take it.
Can you write the sign for me?
Send us the wording and any colours or fonts from your invitation suite and we will set it out. If you already have artwork, upload a print-ready PDF and we will check it before it prints.

About Welcome Signs
