Foam board is typically 5mm thick — light to handle and easy to display, yet rigid enough to stand or mount flat. For very large sizes that need extra rigidity, ask us about thicker options.
Foam board is designed for indoor use and isn't weatherproof. For outdoor signage we recommend Dibond aluminium composite, which handles moisture and UV far better.
It's light enough for Velcro pads, double-sided tape or a tabletop easel. For hanging, keep to smaller sizes or choose a rigid board such as Dibond for very large formats.
We print foam boards across standard poster sizes up to large format. Tell us your finished dimensions and we'll confirm the best size and any panelling for very large pieces.

Foam board is a lightweight rigid panel — a foam core sandwiched between two smooth, printable liners — that stays flat and takes crisp, full-colour graphics. It's light enough to mount with Velcro or double-sided tape, yet stiff enough to stand in an easel or hang on a wall, which makes it the go-to board for indoor signage and displays.
We print your artwork directly to the board for sharp detail and strong, even colour, then trim it cleanly to size. Foam boards suit exhibitions, presentations, point-of-sale, photography and event signage. For longer outdoor life or a premium metal finish, consider our Dibond boards instead.
