Concertina leaflets are commonly produced with 6, 8 or 10 panels (that's 3, 4 or 5 folds). We'll advise the best panel width for your chosen size and paper so the piece folds flat and opens smoothly.
A Z-fold has two folds forming a Z (three panels). A concertina keeps adding parallel folds in the same alternating pattern, so it can carry many more panels — better for timelines and longer sequences. If you only need three panels, a Z-fold leaflet may suit you better.
130–170gsm folds cleanly and suits most concertina leaflets. For a premium feel choose 200–250gsm; we score heavier stocks first so the creases don't crack.
Supply a single flat PDF showing all panels in reading order, left to right, with 3mm bleed. Keep key text 5mm clear of every fold. Tell us your size and panel count and we'll send a template.
