Each artwork file is priced on its own, so a one-file order pays once. A second side supplied as a separate file is a second file. On a rebuild, a second side or a third round of changes is quoted before we start.
Artwork work is a service, so it carries VAT at the standard rate even when the printing itself is zero-rated, such as leaflets and booklets. The total with VAT is shown before you pay.
Work starts when your payment lands and the new proof is due within the hour, counted in studio hours (9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday). A payment after closing or at the weekend starts from the next working morning.
Make it fit includes one round; Fix the content includes one round; Rebuild the artwork includes 2 rounds. If you need more, our team can add an extra revision round for £10.00 + VAT.
If a proof or correction of ours introduced the problem, the fix is on us. Artwork can also be included in trade and account terms or agreed on a quote, and our team may waive a charge at their discretion.
When a quote needs studio work first, our team adds the studio time to the quote with the reason, the hours and the price, less any discount they apply. Nothing starts until you approve the studio work. Once approved, the studio time is payable: it is added to your order and paid with it when the quote goes live. If you approve the studio work and later do not go ahead with the order, the studio time done during the quote remains payable on its own.
A new design, or a rework beyond the services above, is priced on the quote form. Tell us the product, size and quantity, attach anything you have, and we reply with a priced quote within 2 working hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm).
Production is scheduled from your approval, not from your order. Approve the proof, including any corrected proof from the studio, by 2.30pm on a working day to keep the delivery date you chose at checkout. A proof approved after the cut-off is printed on the next working day. We work and deliver Monday to Friday.

You get the result in plain words with a preview. If the only problem is bleed, you can print it as supplied free of charge, cut to size or with a white border, with a preview of each. For anything else you can upload a corrected file, or choose a fixed-price service and we make the change for you.
