Wire-bound wall calendars printed in-house on 170 to 250gsm silk: one photograph or design for every month, bound along the top edge with twin-loop wire and a hanging loop, in A4 or A3, portrait or landscape. Supply 13 pages for a standard cover-plus-twelve-months calendar or 14 for a cover, twelve months and a back page, and choose a year-start of your own for academic, financial or wedding-year calendars. Please supply your artwork as a print-ready PDF with 3mm bleed and no crop marks (we add our own). Make sure all colours are CMYK and imagery is 300dpi.

- • Lie-Flat Spreads: Pages fold a full 360 degrees, so design each page to work on its own rather than across a spread
Free design templates
Each template has the bleed, cut line and safe area already marked, so your file is set up correctly first time:
- Download your size: PDF for Illustrator, Affinity or InDesign; PNG for Photoshop or Canva.
- Open it in your design app, or place it on a locked layer at 100% size. It already includes the 3mm bleed.
- Design over it: run your background right to the red bleed edge and keep text and logos inside the green safe area.
- Hide or delete the template layer, then export a print-ready PDF (CMYK, 300dpi) and upload it with your order.
Delivered within 3-5 working days of ordering, once your free print preview is approved. That window is the whole job, not just the van: we print, finish and dispatch your order and the tracked carrier delivers it. The clock starts when you approve your free print preview, so approving promptly is the fastest thing you can do.

Northern Ireland, the Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Wight, offshore and international addresses are priced live at checkout, as are unusually heavy orders: over 15kg is £14.95 whatever the order value. Flat prints bigger than A4, such as A3 posters or 25 cm stickers, travel in a larger, board-backed pack: paid delivery services carry a packing charge for it, shown at checkout, and free standard delivery stays free. Very large pieces (any side over 120 cm, such as A0 boards) go by courier rather than post, at the courier price shown at checkout for each service. Pieces over 150 cm, or over 100 cm both ways, are beyond the parcel couriers: they travel with a specialist courier at the rate shown at checkout, or we split the artwork into smaller panels for you free of charge. Every order is covered by the Presswift Guarantee: printed to the print preview you approve and the specification you choose, or put right. If what arrives is damaged, short or does not match the approved print preview, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the problem and a count of the affected copies, and keep the copies unused while we look. Because every job is printed to your own artwork and specification, we cannot take a return simply because you have changed your mind, and errors carried through the print preview you approved, or colour and trim variation within normal print tolerance, are not print faults. That is what the free print preview is for: check the colours, wording and layout on the print preview and nothing goes to press until you are happy with it.
How many pages does a wall calendar need?
Fourteen pages for a cover, twelve months and a back page, or thirteen if you leave the back plain. Each page is one leaf, printed on the front with your photograph and the month grid; the back of each leaf can carry notes or stay blank.
Can the calendar start in any month?
Yes. Academic calendars start in September, financial calendars in April and wedding-year or anniversary calendars whenever you like. Tell us the start month and year and we set the grids accordingly.
Can you add the date grids for me?
Yes. Send your twelve photographs or designs, tell us the year and start month, and we will lay out the month grids beneath them in a clean typeface. An emailed PDF proof shows you every page before printing.
What is the hanging loop?
A small metal loop fitted into the twin-loop wire at the centre of the top edge, so the calendar hangs flat from a nail or hook. It is fitted as standard on every wall calendar.
How many can I order?
From a single copy for the family up to a few hundred for a corporate mailing. Each calendar prints and binds identically, and the price per copy falls as the run grows.
What sizes do Wall Calendars come in?
Wall Calendars are available in 2 sizes: A4 and A3. You can also enter a custom size in millimetres. If your size or page count is outside what the page can price, request a quote and we will price the exact specification for you.
