What is the last date I can order for delivery before World Book Day?
For 2027: order, with your artwork approved, by 2.30pm on Wed 3 Mar for same-day courier delivery in London; by 2.30pm on Tue 2 Mar for next-working-day delivery anywhere in the UK; and by Wed 24 Feb for standard delivery (3-5 working days), free on orders over £25, to UK mainland addresses. The dates are worked out from the print room's working days, so the school can have everything in the cupboard before the Thursday. Foil or mounting needs a few extra days — ask for a quote and we give you a firm date.
Can I order bookmarks for one class rather than the whole school?
Yes. Bookmarks are printed from one design per run, and prices for every quantity are shown online before you check out — pick the run that matches the class, the year group or the school. Upload the finished artwork and the run starts from small quantities. Reading certificates are ordered separately as postcards on thick board, priced the same way for the readers you want to reward.
Can pupils' own drawings go on the bookmarks and posters?
Yes. Upload the finished artwork with your order — a scanned drawing or a painting photographed on a phone both work — or design it online where the product has a designer. Cards from the online designer take a JPEG or PNG of up to 10MB and warn you before you order if the image may print soft.
Can you print the children's own stories as a real book?
Yes. Booklets are printed and bound in-house: saddle-stitched or stapled for a class anthology, wire-bound for a workbook that lies flat, perfect-bound with a printed spine for the copy that goes on the library shelf. Send the pages as one file and add a separate basket line for each class so every child gets their own class's book.
Is foil available for certificates and vouchers?
Gold and silver foil is applied in-house on card runs, tags and vouchers — no die, so a small run of foiled certificates for the reading-challenge winners is affordable. Foil is not part of the same-day route; quote it and we give you a firm date.
Can I mix designs in one order — a different bookmark for each year group?
Yes. Add each design to your basket as its own line and check out once — the order is grouped and delivered together.
