We print direct to the board on our UV flatbed in Battersea, so colour runs edge to edge and will not scratch off in the van. Because every job is printed to your own artwork and specification, we cannot take a return simply because you have changed your mind, and errors carried through the proof you approved, or colour and trim variation within normal print tolerance, are not print faults. Which size fits a standard T-board post?
813 x 610mm, which is 32 x 24 inches, is the size that slides into the slot of a standard estate agent T-board. 610 x 457mm is a smaller option for railings and gates, and 1219 x 914mm is the 4 x 3ft size used on development and commercial sites.
Do you supply the posts, fixings or T-board frames?
No. We supply printed Correx boards only. Timber posts, stakes, clips, cable ties and screws are not included, so order those from your usual sign-fitting supplier. If you want holes for fixings, choose the drilled holes finish and we will cut them exactly where you need them.
Can I have holes drilled for cable ties or screws?
Yes. Choose the drilled holes finish and a to-scale picker appears on the page. Pick a preset such as four corners or two top corners, drag holes into place or type exact millimetre positions, and choose 6, 8 or 10mm holes. Holes are kept at least 12mm from the edge.
Should I order single or double sided?
A board slotted into a T-frame on a post is seen from both directions along the street, so double sided is the usual choice. Boards fixed flat to railings, hoardings or a wall only ever show one face, so single sided is the sensible saving there.
How long will a Correx board last outside?
Correx is waterproof and weatherproof and typically lasts one to two years outdoors. The UV-cured inks are colourfast and scratch-resistant, so the print holds up as well as the board. Once the sale or let completes, the polypropylene board can be recycled.
What is the minimum order?
One board. Quantities run from 1 to 100 or more, so a single For Sale board for a one-off instruction is as welcome as a branch stock order. The price updates live as you change size, sides and quantity.

About Estate Agent Boards
An estate agent board is a sign that lives outdoors for months, gets slid into a T-board frame, cable-tied to railings or nailed to a post, then taken down and often reused for the next instruction. Correx suits that job. It is a fluted polypropylene sheet, 4mm thick and white, so it is waterproof, weatherproof and light. Left outside it typically lasts one to two years, and because it is polypropylene it can be recycled once the property has sold or let. We print all boards on the standard 4mm grade, single or double sided.
Every board is printed in our Battersea workshop on a Canon Arizona UV flatbed, direct to the Correx, with UV-cured inks that are colourfast and resist scratches and rain, so agency colours stay bright through a winter on a post. The Zund cutter then trims each board to size and, in the same pass, cuts rounded corners and drills fixing holes if you have chosen them. Send a print-ready PDF at 300dpi in CMYK with 3mm bleed, and keep the logo, phone number and web address at least 10mm inside the trim. Ask if you would like us to set the artwork from your branding. Every file is checked by a person before it prints; an emailed PDF proof is an optional add-on if you want to sign off first. Screens show RGB and print is CMYK, so a brand colour may shift a touch.
