Outside London, or missed today's cut-off? Next-day escort cards, UK-wide
Escort cards greet guests at the reception entrance and send each one to the right table — and they are always the last thing finalised, because the table plan is. When the seating chart only settles on the morning of the event, the cards can still be printed the same afternoon.
Design tent escort cards in the browser — pick a template, set each guest's name and table — or upload your own artwork, one card per guest. We print on thick card, creased ready to stand, with the alphabetical display order preserved. Order, with your artwork approved, by 2.30pm Mon–Fri and a courier delivers anywhere in London before the doors open.
- Late table-plan changes
- Wedding receptions
- Gala dinner entrances
- Corporate awards nights
- Charity fundraisers
How will you supply your artwork?
Upload your own
A print-ready PDF with 3 mm bleed, attached when you order. We print once you approve your proof, so same-day orders need the file up front.
Configure & uploadUse our templates
No artwork needed: design escort cards in your browser and we generate the print-ready file the moment you approve it.

Design help isn’t available on same-day: our designers need longer than the print window. Continue with the standard service and we’ll design it properly.

Same-day escort cards FAQs
What is the difference between escort cards and place cards?
Escort cards are displayed at the entrance and tell each guest which table they are on; place cards sit at the table and mark the exact seat. Many events use both — we print the pair on matching stock so the set reads as one suite.
How do I supply a full set of guest names same day?
Design one card in the online editor and duplicate it per guest — changing only the name and table — or upload a print-ready PDF with one card per page, then approve it by 2.30pm Mon–Fri. Supplying names in display order means the set arrives ready to lay out alphabetically.
What if the table plan changes after I order?
Order just the affected names again — small top-up runs are normal for escort cards, and a second order approved by 2.30pm Mon–Fri still arrives the same day.
Can I use artwork I made with ChatGPT, Canva or another AI tool?
Yes. Every file is checked before it prints, whatever made it. AI images are often made at screen size, so on a larger print they can come out soft: if yours would, we show you which image and you choose to print it as it is, upload a sharper file, or send us the high-resolution images and our studio updates the artwork for you. You can run the same check before you order with our free file check.
