Roll fold leaflets ordered and approved by 2.30pm Mon–Fri are printed and folded the same day and delivered the next working day to any UK mainland address. It is the fold for a tasting menu that changes with the produce, the tour itinerary that must be in the welcome pack before guests check in, and the membership offer that goes live on Monday. The dates on this page are worked out on your clock, so what you read is what arrives.
Roll folds print full colour on silk or uncoated paper from 150gsm to 350gsm, single or double sided, on A3, A4 or A5 sheets or a custom size, from 50 to 10,000 copies with custom quantities available. The inner panels sit a few millimetres narrower so the piece closes flat, which is why this product is upload-only: build the artwork on the product's fold template and send a print-ready PDF with 3 mm bleed.

Delivered the next working day
A tracked courier delivers the next working day anywhere on the UK mainland. Next-day delivery skips weekends and bank holidays, and the dates above already account for that. Saturday Delivery is offered at checkout, to UK mainland addresses, when your order can leave us on a Friday: order between 2.30pm on Thursday and 2.30pm on Friday, and approve your artwork by 2.30pm on Friday.

The next-day rule
Next-day delivery needs your order in, and your artwork approved, by 2.30pm Mon–Fri for delivery the next working day. Production is scheduled from your approval, not from the time you order, so orders placed or artwork approved after that, or at weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day and arrive the working day after. Every order gets a free print preview within the hour; changes to the artwork itself are a priced service per file, back within the hour too.
Missed the 2.30pm cutoff? In London, choose the Priority courier at checkout: printed first thing on the next working day and delivered by tracked courier that day (tomorrow when you order Monday to Thursday), priced like same-day.

Why are roll fold panels different widths, and does it matter for next-day?
The panels that fold inside must be slightly narrower than the outer ones, or the sheet buckles when it closes. It matters more on a next-day order than any other, because a file with equal panels has to come back to you for correction and that costs the afternoon. Use the product's fold template so every panel lands on its crease first time.
Which paper folds best for a roll fold?
130gsm to 170gsm silk nests cleanly and is the usual choice for guides and menus. 200gsm to 300gsm stocks give a sturdier piece and are creased on the machine before folding so the panels tuck without cracking. 350gsm and 400gsm silk are available for a card-like leaflet, and the uncoated range from 100gsm to 350gsm suits a natural finish.
Can I make a roll fold in the online designer?
No. Roll folds are upload-only because the graduated panel widths need to be set precisely in a layout program. Download the template, place your panels, export a PDF with 3 mm bleed and upload it at the configurator, then approve it by 2.30pm.
What quantities can I order for next-day roll folds?
From 50 up to 10,000 in the configurator, with a custom quantity option when you need a figure in between. Pick the run, sheet size and paper, then the delivery speeds and their prices for that order are shown at checkout. The leaflet price is unchanged by the delivery speed you choose.
A tasting menu roll fold needs to be on the tables for Saturday service. Can Friday's order still make it?
Not by next-day delivery, which always lands on the next working day rather than the calendar day after: a next-day order approved by 2.30pm on Friday is delivered on Monday, or Tuesday if the Monday is a bank holiday, and the dates shown at the top of this page already reflect that. Saturday Delivery is offered at checkout, to UK mainland addresses, when your order can leave us on a Friday: order between 2.30pm on Thursday and 2.30pm on Friday, and approve your artwork by 2.30pm on Friday. For a Saturday sitting, the safest plan is still to have the menus printed and delivered earlier in the week.
We're launching a membership offer and need the roll folds fast. What does that add to the price?
Next-day delivery is from £9.95 no VAT to UK mainland addresses. The leaflet itself is priced the same whichever delivery speed you choose; only the delivery is an extra charge, worked out for your address at checkout before you pay. Missed 2.30pm and the offer still needs to land quickly? In London, the Priority courier moves the job to the front of the queue on the next working day and sends a courier out that same day, priced like the same-day courier. If the launch date has some give in it, standard delivery is free to UK mainland addresses on orders over £50 and takes 3-5 working days.
Can I use artwork I made with ChatGPT, Canva or another AI tool?
Yes. Every file is checked before it prints, whatever made it. AI images are often made at screen size, so on a larger print they can come out soft: if yours would, we show you which image and you choose to print it as it is, upload a sharper file, or send us the high-resolution images and our studio updates the artwork for you.
