Roll folds print full colour on silk or uncoated paper from 100gsm to 400gsm, single or double sided, on A3, A4, A5 or A6 sheets or a custom size, from 50 to 10,000 copies with custom quantities available. The inner panels sit a few millimetres narrower so the piece closes flat, which is why this product is upload-only: build the artwork on the product's fold template and send a print-ready PDF with 3 mm bleed.

The next-day rule
Next-day delivery needs your order in, and your artwork approved, by 2.30pm Mon–Fri for delivery the next working day. Production is scheduled from your approval, not from the time you order, so orders placed or artwork approved after that, or at weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day and arrive the working day after. Every order gets a free artwork proof within the hour; changes to the artwork itself are a priced service per file, back within the hour too.

Why are roll fold panels different widths, and does it matter for next-day?
The panels that fold inside must be slightly narrower than the outer ones, or the sheet buckles when it closes. It matters more on a next-day order than any other, because a file with equal panels has to come back to you for correction and that costs the afternoon. Use the product's fold template so every panel lands on its crease first time.
Which paper folds best for a roll fold?
130gsm to 170gsm silk nests cleanly and is the usual choice for guides and menus. 200gsm to 300gsm stocks give a sturdier piece and are creased on the machine before folding so the panels tuck without cracking. 350gsm and 400gsm silk are available for a card-like leaflet, and the uncoated range from 100gsm to 350gsm suits a natural finish.
Can I make a roll fold in the online designer?
No. Roll folds are upload-only because the graduated panel widths need to be set precisely in a layout program. Download the template, place your panels, export a PDF with 3 mm bleed and upload it at the configurator before 2.30pm.
What quantities can I order for next-day roll folds?
From 50 up to 10,000 in the configurator, with a custom quantity option when you need a figure in between. Pick the run, sheet size and paper, then the delivery speeds and their prices for that order are shown at checkout. The leaflet price is unchanged by the delivery speed you choose.
A tasting menu roll fold needs to be on the tables for Saturday service. Can Friday's order still make it?
Not for a Saturday arrival, because next-day delivery always lands on the next working day rather than the calendar day after. An order placed before 2.30pm on Friday is delivered on Monday, or Tuesday if the Monday is a bank holiday, and the dates shown at the top of this page already reflect that. For a Saturday sitting, get the menus printed and delivered earlier in the week rather than relying on a Friday cut-off.
We're launching a membership offer and need the roll folds fast. What does that add to the price?
The leaflet itself is priced the same whichever delivery speed you choose; only the delivery is an extra charge, worked out for your address at checkout before you pay. Missed 2.30pm and the offer still needs to land quickly? In London, Tomorrow Delivery moves the job to the front of the queue on the next working day and sends a courier out that same day, priced like the same-day courier.
