Order your bollard covers by 2.30pm Mon–Fri and they are printed, cut and creased the same day, then handed to a courier for delivery the next working day to any UK mainland address. A retail park in the north, a festival car park on the coast or a show-home entrance the far side of the country: the covers arrive flat, creased and ready to fold round the posts before the site opens.
Every cover prints single sided in full colour on 4 mm white Correx, the fluted polypropylene that shrugs off rain, so it can go straight outdoors. Choose the triangular sleeve or the square sleeve at 1000 mm or 1200 mm tall, or give us a custom size for an unusual post, from a single cover to 100 or more. This is an upload-artwork product: send a print-ready PDF with 3 mm bleed at the finished size, keeping text clear of the crease lines.

A tracked courier delivers the next working day anywhere on the UK mainland. Weekends and bank holidays are skipped, and the dates above already account for that.

The next-day rule
Next-day delivery needs your order in, and your artwork approved, by 2.30pm Mon–Fri for delivery the next working day. Production is scheduled from your approval, not from the time you order, so orders placed or artwork approved after that, or at weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day and arrive the working day after. Every order gets a free artwork proof within the hour; changes to the artwork itself are a priced service per file, back within the hour too.

Which bollard cover shape and height can I have next day?
All of them. The triangular sleeve and the square sleeve are both offered at 1000 mm and 1200 mm tall, and a custom size is available if your bollards are an unusual shape or height. Pick the shape in the configurator, choose your quantity from one cover upwards, and the delivery options for your address appear at checkout.
Do the covers arrive flat or already folded?
Flat, with the crease lines already cut in, which is what makes them practical to ship next day: a set for a whole car park travels as one stack. On site you fold each sleeve round the bollard and close it with your own cable ties or tape. Fixings are not supplied, so have them ready for the morning the covers arrive.
What artwork do I need to send, and by when?
A print-ready PDF with 3 mm bleed at the finished size of the sleeve you have chosen, uploaded before 2.30pm Mon–Fri. Keep logos and text well inside each panel and away from the crease lines, because anything sitting on a fold wraps round the corner. There is no online designer for bollard covers; if you need the panels laid out for you, that is a standard-turnaround job rather than a next-day one.
I have missed 2.30pm. Can the covers still arrive tomorrow?
Only in London, where Tomorrow Delivery at checkout puts your covers into priority production first thing on the next working day and sends a courier the same day; it is priced like the same-day courier. Everywhere else the order is printed on the next working day and arrives the working day after that. The dates shown at the top of this page already reflect the current time, so you can see the exact day.
Is next-day delivery available for a large set of bollard covers?
Yes. The quantity options run from one cover to 100 or more. Because Correx is light, even a big set travels as a single flat stack; if you pick standard delivery instead and the parcel is over 15 kg, it is £14.95 at any order value. Next-day delivery is priced at checkout for your address whatever the size of the set, and the covers themselves cost the same as on any other day.
Do you deliver bollard covers at the weekend or on a bank holiday?
No. Next working day means exactly that: order on a Friday before 2.30pm and the covers arrive on Monday, or on Tuesday if the Monday is a bank holiday. Order over the weekend and they are printed on Monday for Tuesday delivery. If the site opens on a Saturday, order by 2.30pm on the Thursday so the covers are with you on Friday.
