Order by 2.30pm Mon–Fri for next-working-day delivery

Next-Day Correx Signs

A site inspection on Thursday, a school fair on Saturday, a polling day that will not move: Correx signs are nearly always needed against a date. Order by 2.30pm Mon–Fri and yours are printed, cut and drilled the same day, then delivered the next working day to any address on the UK mainland. Order after the cut-off and the signs are printed on the next working day and arrive the working day after that; the page works the dates out for you.

Choose 4 mm Correx for most sizes, or the 6 mm heavy-duty sheet for extra stiffness on panels up to A2 or 600 × 400 mm; anything larger, from A1 and A0 to 800 × 600 mm and 1200 × 800 mm, prints on the 4 mm sheet. Single or double sided, from one sign to 100. Drilled holes are cut in the same pass as the board. Correx signs are upload-artwork only: send a print-ready PDF with 3 mm bleed at the finished size and the price stays the same as any other day.

How next-day correx signs work

Order by 2.30pm

Configure, upload your print-ready PDF (or finish a design online) and pay by 2.30pm Mon–Fri. Choose next-day delivery at checkout. Approve your artwork by the same time: production is scheduled from your approval.

Printed the same day

Your signs print direct to 4 mm or 6 mm Correx on the flatbed in our London print room the same day, then go to the cutter for trimming and any drilled holes.

Delivered the next working day

A tracked courier delivers the next working day anywhere on the UK mainland. Weekends and bank holidays are skipped, and the dates above already account for that.

The next-day rule

Next-day delivery needs your order in, and your artwork approved, by 2.30pm Mon–Fri for delivery the next working day. Production is scheduled from your approval, not from the time you order, so orders placed or artwork approved after that, or at weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day and arrive the working day after. Every order gets a free artwork proof within the hour; changes to the artwork itself are a priced service per file, back within the hour too.

Missed the 2.30pm cutoff but still need it on the next working day (that is tomorrow when you order Monday to Thursday)? Choose Tomorrow Delivery at checkout in London: priority production first thing on the next working day and a tracked courier the same day, priced like same-day.

What counts

  • Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding England and Wales bank holidays; the print room is in London.
  • Next-day delivery covers the UK mainland; Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland rates and timings are shown at checkout.
  • Print-ready artwork (PDF, 3 mm bleed) or a finished online design must be with us by the cut-off, because production starts as soon as you pay.
  • Not in a hurry? Standard delivery is free to UK mainland addresses on orders over £25 and takes 3-5 working days.

Next-day correx signs FAQs

Can I get 6 mm heavy-duty Correx on the next-day service?

Yes, on sizes up to A2 or 600 × 400 mm. The 6 mm sheet comes in a smaller stock size than the 4 mm, so it is cut for signs at A2 and below, giving extra stiffness where a sign will be nailed to a post rather than cable-tied. Anything larger, from A1 up to A0 and 1200 × 800 mm, prints on the 4 mm sheet, which cuts and drills on the same next-day run.

Which sizes can be printed and delivered next day?

Every size on the product page: A4, A3, A2, A1 and A0, plus 600 × 400 mm, 800 × 600 mm and 1200 × 800 mm, and a custom width and height in millimetres if none of those fit. Mixed sizes are fine too: add each size as its own line with its own artwork and the whole order travels together for the next working day.

Are drilled holes and double-sided printing available next day?

Yes to both. Double-sided boards are printed on both faces before they go to the cutter, and holes are cut in the same pass as the outline, so neither pushes the job past the 2.30pm cut-off. Set the hole positions on the product page so the board we cut matches the fixings you plan to use, whether that is cable ties, screws or nails.

What is the latest I can order Correx signs for next-day delivery?

2.30pm Mon–Fri, with a print-ready PDF uploaded at the same time. Order before then and the signs are printed the same day and delivered the next working day anywhere on the UK mainland. Miss it and they print on the next working day and arrive the working day after; in London only, Tomorrow Delivery at checkout gets you priority production first thing and a courier the same day.

I need ten A2 site notices delivered tomorrow: what will that cost?

Next-day delivery for a run like that is worked out at checkout once the size and quantity are in the basket, because ten A2 boards travel very differently to a single A3 sign. The signs themselves are the same price whatever day you order. When the date is not fixed, standard delivery costs nothing to a UK mainland address on orders over £25 (£2.95 below that) and takes 3-5 working days; only parcels over 15 kg are charged, at £14.95.

Will a Correx sign printed today be safe outside the day it arrives?

Yes. Correx is fluted polypropylene, so it is waterproof, and the UV-cured ink from our flatbed is set hard before the sign leaves the building. It can be cable-tied to a fence or nailed to a post the morning it arrives, rain or shine. Outdoors it is a temporary sign by nature and typically lasts a year or two, so it is the sensible choice for anything with an end date.
