Next-Day Half Fold Flyers & Leaflets
Order half fold leaflets by 2.30pm Mon–Fri and the run is printed and folded the same day, arriving the next working day at any UK mainland address. This is the format for the order of service that has to be at the church on Saturday, the programme for Friday's concert and the price list a sales team wants on the stand first thing. The dates on this page are worked out on your clock, so the arrival day already allows for weekends and bank holidays.
Half folds print full colour, single or double sided, on silk or uncoated paper from 100gsm up to 400gsm silk. An A4 sheet folding to A5 is the classic programme, A3 folding to A4 gives a menu real space, and A5 and A6 sheets make pocket pieces; there are also 396 × 210 mm and A4 and A3 strip formats and custom sizes. Runs go from 50 to 10,000, with custom quantities available. Send a print-ready PDF with 3 mm bleed: half folds are upload-only.

The next-day rule
Next-day delivery needs your order in, and your artwork approved, by 2.30pm Mon–Fri for delivery the next working day. Production is scheduled from your approval, not from the time you order, so orders placed or artwork approved after that, or at weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day and arrive the working day after. Every order gets a free artwork proof within the hour; changes to the artwork itself are a priced service per file, back within the hour too.

How do I supply half fold artwork?
As one PDF with two pages at the flat sheet size, each with 3 mm bleed: page one is the outside (back cover on the left, front cover on the right) and page two is the inside spread. The fold sits at the exact centre of the sheet, so keep headlines and folios about 5 mm clear of the middle. Supplied this way the file needs no rework and goes straight to press.
Which sheet size gives me an A5 programme or menu?
Choose the A4 sheet: folded once it becomes a four-page A5 piece. For an A4 finished menu choose A3, for a pocket A6 piece choose A5, and the A6 sheet folds to a small card-sized leaflet. The 396 × 210 mm and strip formats give landscape and slimline pieces, and custom sizes are available if the design needs something else.
What paper works for an order of service or programme?
130gsm or 170gsm silk is the everyday programme weight and folds without creasing tricks. For a menu that will be handled all week, 250gsm or 300gsm silk holds up better, and 350gsm or 400gsm silk gives a cover-like feel. Uncoated stocks from 100gsm to 350gsm suit a softer, more traditional look for church and funeral sheets.
Do the leaflets arrive folded, or flat for me to fold?
Folded. The sheets are creased and folded on the machine straight after printing and boxed ready to hand out, so the only thing left to do when the box arrives is open it. If you would rather fold them yourself for some reason, order the flat flyer product instead.
It is past 2.30pm. Can I still get half folds for the morning?
Ordered after the cut-off, or at a weekend or on a bank holiday, the run is printed on the next working day and arrives the working day after that. In London you can instead pick Tomorrow Delivery at checkout: the job is printed first thing on the next working day and a courier delivers it the same day, priced at checkout like the same-day courier.
Is there a delivery charge for next-day half folds?
Yes: next-day is priced at checkout for your address, and the leaflet price itself does not change. Standard delivery is the free option on orders over £25, covering UK mainland addresses (£2.95 below that), and takes 3-5 working days of ordering.
