Next-day delivery needs your order in, and your artwork approved, by 2.30pm Mon–Fri for delivery the next working day. Production is scheduled from your approval, not from the time you order, so orders placed or artwork approved after that, or at weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day and arrive the working day after. Every order gets a free artwork proof within the hour; changes to the artwork itself are a priced service per file, back within the hour too.

How should I set up concertina artwork so it folds correctly?
Build the file at the flat sheet size with 3 mm bleed and divide it into equal panels, because a concertina pleats back and forth rather than tucking inward. Keep text and logos about 5 mm clear of every fold line, and check the strip works both ways: panel by panel for someone flicking through, and as one continuous image when it is opened flat.
Which paper folds best for a concertina?
Lighter papers pleat most readily, which is why 100gsm to 170gsm suits maps and guides with many panels. Heavier stocks such as 250gsm and 300gsm are creased on the machine before folding so the pleats stay crisp, and they give a sturdier piece for a shelf or reception desk. Avoid heavy solid colour running across a crease, whatever the weight.
Can I design a concertina leaflet in the online designer?
No. Concertina leaflets are an upload-artwork product, so the designer does not offer them. Supply a print-ready PDF with 3 mm bleed at the flat size before 2.30pm and it goes straight to press.
Do next-day concertina leaflets arrive already folded?
Yes. Folding is done in-house on the machine straight after printing, and the run is boxed folded and ready to hand out. You do not need to allow time for finishing on your side, which is the point of ordering the pleated piece rather than flat sheets.
