Next-Day Photo Face Masks
Thirty masks of the groom's face is the kind of idea that arrives four days before the stag do. Order by 2.30pm Mon–Fri and they are printed the same afternoon and delivered the next working day to any address on the UK mainland, whether that is the best man's flat or the hotel the group is checking into. The arrival date on this page is calculated live, so a weekend or a bank holiday never catches you out.
Each mask is contour-cut from your photo with eye holes, printed full colour on one side of rigid card at A4, roughly life-size for an adult face, or A5 for a smaller mask, with custom sizes available. Card choices are 350gsm silk, two 400gsm silks or 350gsm uncoated, in runs of 10 to 200. Masks are an upload product: one clear, front-facing photo saved as a print-ready PDF is all we need, and the price is the same as any other day.

Your masks print full colour on card in our London print room the same afternoon, then each one is contour-cut to the head outline with the eye holes cut out.

A tracked courier delivers the next working day anywhere on the UK mainland. Weekends and bank holidays are skipped, and the dates above already account for that.

The next-day rule
Next-day delivery needs your order in, and your artwork approved, by 2.30pm Mon–Fri for delivery the next working day. Production is scheduled from your approval, not from the time you order, so orders placed or artwork approved after that, or at weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day and arrive the working day after. Every order gets a free artwork proof within the hour; changes to the artwork itself are a priced service per file, back within the hour too.

Next-day photo face masks FAQs
A4 or A5: which size mask should I order?
A4 is the usual choice because it is close to the size of an adult face, so the effect works in photos from across the room. A5 is smaller, easier to slip into a bag between venues, and fine for children or for a table of masks rather than a room of them. Custom sizes are available if you want something in between; all three print single sided.
What card are the masks cut from?
Choose from 350gsm silk, 400gsm silk, 400gsm silk UPM or 350gsm uncoated, with a Custom option for a stock you already know. The heavier 400gsm silks hold their shape when a mask is held up all evening. Uncoated is the pick when the group will be photographed with flash, because the surface does not glare back at the camera.
Do you cut the eye holes on a next-day order?
Yes. Every mask is contour-cut to the outline of the head with the eye holes cut out, positioned on the eyes in your photograph, so the wearer sees out properly instead of peering around the edge. There is no extra step for you and no extra time on the next-day promise; the cutting happens in the same afternoon as the printing.
What photo do face masks need, and how do I send it?
A front-facing head shot, in focus and evenly lit, with the whole head inside the frame and the hairline not cropped. A phone photo at full resolution is fine; a picture pulled from social media usually is not. Masks cannot be built in the online designer, so upload the image as a print-ready PDF with 3 mm bleed at A4 or A5 by 2.30pm, and we cut the head outline and the eye holes from that file.
I missed 2.30pm and the do is tomorrow night. Any options?
If the delivery address is in London, choose Tomorrow Delivery at checkout: your masks get priority production first thing on the next working day and a courier the same day, priced like the same-day courier. Outside London, an order after 2.30pm is printed the next working day and arrives the working day after, so for a Saturday do the safe move is to order by 2.30pm on Thursday.
Can the masks be delivered to the hotel or venue instead of my home?
Yes. Enter the venue's address at checkout and the delivery speed is priced for that address; any UK mainland postcode is covered on the next-day service. Put the organiser's name and the booking reference in the address line so reception knows who the parcel is for. For a party a fortnight away, standard delivery is free to UK mainland addresses on orders over £25 and takes 3-5 working days.
