Next-Day Display Boards
A crit, a pitch, a planning consultation or a shop promotion that starts on a fixed morning: display boards are judged at a set hour, so the delivery day matters more than the price. Order by 2.30pm Mon–Fri and your boards are printed and trimmed the same day, then delivered the next working day to any address on the UK mainland. Order later in the day, or at a weekend, and they print on the next working day for delivery the working day after.
Displayboard is a 1.25 mm rigid card: thin, light and economical, stiff enough to stand on an easel without curling and slim enough to slide into a shelf-edge strip. It prints edge to edge, single or double sided, in any size from A7 to A0 or a custom millimetre size, from one board to ten. It is an indoor board, so keep it out of the rain. Display boards are upload-artwork only: a print-ready PDF with 3 mm bleed at the finished size.

A tracked courier delivers the next working day anywhere on the UK mainland. Weekends and bank holidays are skipped, and the dates above already account for that.

The next-day rule
Next-day delivery needs your order in, and your artwork approved, by 2.30pm Mon–Fri for delivery the next working day. Production is scheduled from your approval, not from the time you order, so orders placed or artwork approved after that, or at weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day and arrive the working day after. Every order gets a free artwork proof within the hour; changes to the artwork itself are a priced service per file, back within the hour too.

Next-day display boards FAQs
What is a display board made of, and is it rigid enough for an easel?
Displayboard is a 1.25 mm rigid white card. It is lighter than Dibond, so a full set of A1 boards can be carried into a review by one person, yet it is stiff enough to sit on an easel or lean against a wall without curling for the days or weeks of a display. It is not weatherproof, so it is an indoor board.
Which sizes can I have next day, and how many?
Any size from A7 up to A0 from the size menu, or a custom width and height typed in millimetres with the price updating as you go. A1 and A0 are the usual choices for crit and exhibition boards, A2 and A3 suit easels in a meeting room, and A4 down to A7 covers shelf talkers and tabletop cards. Quantities run from one to ten boards, with larger runs quoted.
Can I order a sequence of different boards and have them arrive together?
Yes. Add each design as its own line with its own PDF, or choose double sided where a board is viewed from both directions and supply front and back as separate pages. Everything ordered together before 2.30pm prints in the same run and travels in the same consignment, so number your files and the sequence hangs in order when the box is opened.
Does my artwork need anything different for Displayboard compared with a poster?
The file itself is the same as any print job: a print-ready PDF at the finished board size with 3 mm bleed, in CMYK at 300 dpi, text and logos at least 10 mm inside the trim, uploaded before 2.30pm Mon–Fri. What differs is the surface: Displayboard has a slight texture rather than a photo-gloss finish, so very fine gradients can show a touch of banding. A person checks every file before it prints, and one that needs fixing can miss the same-day run, so send it ready to go.
If my crit or pitch is on a Monday morning, when do I need to order the boards?
By 2.30pm on the Thursday before. Next-day delivery only runs on working days, so an order placed on the Friday would print that day but not land until after your Monday session has started. Order over the weekend and the boards go into Monday's print run for delivery on Tuesday, so build the deadline back from the morning you need the boards in the room, not from the date of the crit itself.
A set of boards for a crit is bulky: does that push the delivery price up?
It can, which is why the price is worked out at checkout once your sizes and quantities are in the basket rather than quoted as one figure here; a single A2 board and a run of ten A0 boards are different parcels. The boards themselves are priced the same regardless of the day you order.
