Turn any face into the life of the party. We print your photo in vivid colour on rigid card, then precision contour-cut each mask to the outline of the head with the eye holes cut in the same pass. Every mask arrives ready to wear: a metal eyelet is fitted at each side and an elastic band is threaded through, so there is nothing to add on the night. Free design templates
Each template has the bleed, cut line and safe area already marked, so your file is set up correctly first time:
- Download your size: PDF for Illustrator, Affinity or InDesign; PNG for Photoshop or Canva.
- Open it in your design app, or place it on a locked layer at 100% size. It already includes the 3mm bleed.
- Design over it: run your background right to the red bleed edge and keep text and logos inside the green safe area.
- Hide or delete the template layer, then export a print-ready PDF (CMYK, 300dpi) and upload it with your order.

That window is the whole job, not just the van: we print, finish and dispatch your order and the tracked carrier delivers it. The clock starts when you approve your free print preview, so approving promptly is the fastest thing you can do.

Northern Ireland, the Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Wight, offshore and international addresses are priced live at checkout, as are unusually heavy orders: over 15kg is £14.95 whatever the order value. Flat prints bigger than A4, such as A3 posters or 25 cm stickers, travel in a larger, board-backed pack: paid delivery services carry a packing charge for it, shown at checkout, and free standard delivery stays free. Very large pieces (any side over 120 cm, such as A0 boards) go by courier rather than post, at the courier price shown at checkout for each service. Pieces over 150 cm, or over 100 cm both ways, are beyond the parcel couriers: they travel with a specialist courier at the rate shown at checkout, or we split the artwork into smaller panels for you free of charge. Every order is covered by the Presswift Guarantee: printed to the print preview you approve and the specification you choose, or put right. If what arrives is damaged, short or does not match the approved print preview, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the problem and a count of the affected copies, and keep the copies unused while we look. Because every job is printed to your own artwork and specification, we cannot take a return simply because you have changed your mind, and errors carried through the print preview you approved, or colour and trim variation within normal print tolerance, are not print faults. That is what the free print preview is for: check the colours, wording and layout on the print preview and nothing goes to press until you are happy with it.
What size should a photo face mask be?
A4 is roughly life-size for an adult face and is the usual choice. A5 is smaller and easier to carry between venues or post. Custom sizes are available if you want something in between.
What does my artwork need to include?
A print-ready PDF at the size you ordered with 3 mm bleed, carrying the cut line around the face and the eye holes marked, as a spot colour stroke named CutContour. If you need help with that, the Make it fit artwork service is £15 + VAT per file: our studio adds the cut line and the eye holes, the charge is added to your order, and you approve a print preview before we print.
Can I just send a photograph?
Yes. Send a sharp, well-lit, front-facing photograph with the whole head in frame and nothing cropped at the edges; a phone photograph is fine as long as it is in focus. A photograph on its own has no cut line, so it goes through the Make it fit artwork service at £15 + VAT per file, where our studio draws the outline and the eye holes and sends you a print preview to approve.
Do the masks come with elastic?
Yes. Every mask is fitted with a metal eyelet at each side and an elastic band threaded through, so it arrives ready to wear with nothing to attach. The eye holes are cut in the same pass as the outline, so guests can see out rather than peering around the edge. Masks are made to be worn, so sticks are not included.
Should I laminate them?
Lamination is worth adding for a full night out — matt or gloss both give a wipe-clean surface and stop the card softening where it is held. For a short event the plain card is perfectly durable.

About Photo Face Masks
Photo face masks are the hen and stag party classic: a photograph printed in full colour on rigid card and contour-cut to the outline of the head, with the eye holes cut in the same pass so they line up with the face rather than approximately near it.
