Next-Day Dibond Boards
When a shopfront panel is needed for a handover, a site safety sign for a morning audit or a plaque for an unveiling, order by 2.30pm Mon–Fri and your Dibond boards are printed and cut the same day, then delivered the next working day to any address on the UK mainland. Orders placed after the cut-off, or over a weekend or bank holiday, are printed on the next working day and arrive the working day after; the dates shown are calculated from the current time.
Dibond is 3 mm aluminium composite: two metal faces on a solid core, so it stays flat at any size and is weatherproof from the moment it arrives. We print it direct on the flatbed, single or double sided, in every size from A7 to A0 or a custom width and height in millimetres, from one board to ten with larger runs quoted. Upload a print-ready PDF with 3 mm bleed at the finished size; there is no online designer for Dibond.

How next-day dibond boards work
Order by 2.30pm

Printed the same day
Your boards are printed direct onto 3 mm Dibond on the flatbed in our London workshop the same afternoon, then cut to their finished size on the digital cutter.

A tracked courier delivers the next working day anywhere on the UK mainland. Weekends and bank holidays are skipped, and the dates above already account for that.

The next-day rule
Next-day delivery needs your order in, and your artwork approved, by 2.30pm Mon–Fri for delivery the next working day. Production is scheduled from your approval, not from the time you order, so orders placed or artwork approved after that, or at weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day and arrive the working day after. Every order gets a free artwork proof within the hour; changes to the artwork itself are a priced service per file, back within the hour too.
Missed the 2.30pm cutoff but still need it on the next working day (that is tomorrow when you order Monday to Thursday)? Choose Tomorrow Delivery at checkout in London: priority production first thing on the next working day and a tracked courier the same day, priced like same-day.
What counts
- Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding England and Wales bank holidays; the print room is in London.
- Next-day delivery covers the UK mainland; Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland rates and timings are shown at checkout.
- Print-ready artwork (PDF, 3 mm bleed) or a finished online design must be with us by the cut-off, because production starts as soon as you pay.
- Not in a hurry? Standard delivery is free to UK mainland addresses on orders over £25 and takes 3-5 working days.
Next-day dibond boards FAQs
What thickness of Dibond do you print, and in which sizes?
One grade: 3 mm Dibond, the aluminium composite that shopfitters and sign trades use as standard. Sizes run from A7 up to A0 in the size menu, or type a custom width and height in millimetres and the price updates as you go. The largest sizes are still cut from a single sheet, so an A0 panel arrives in one piece rather than jointed.
Does a double-sided Dibond panel still make the next-day cut?
Yes. A hanging sign or a panel mounted clear of a wall, where both faces are seen, prints double sided with the front and back supplied as separate pages in your PDF. The second face adds a pass through the flatbed but not a day, so a panel ordered double sided by 2.30pm Mon–Fri still leaves in the same-day run. Keep artwork at least 10 mm inside the trim on each face.
Can it go straight outside the day it arrives?
Yes. The aluminium faces are unaffected by rain and frost and the UV-cured print is water-resistant and colourfast, so a board delivered in the morning can be fixed to a wall, post or railing the same day. Dibond is the board we suggest for anything you consider permanent; there is no lamination to wait for and nothing to cure on site.
How is a rigid, heavy board delivered next day?
As a protected parcel by courier, which is why next-day delivery is priced at checkout for your address rather than quoted here: a single A4 plaque and ten A1 panels are very different consignments. Aluminium composite is heavier than foam or Correx, so larger sets are more likely to cross the 15 kg line; on standard delivery that band is £14.95 at any order value, and standard delivery under it is free to UK mainland addresses on orders over £25.
What time do you need my Dibond order, and what happens if I am too late?
2.30pm Mon–Fri, with your print-ready PDF uploaded by then too, so there is time for the aluminium sheet to run through the flatbed and onto the cutter before the courier collection. Order after that, or over a weekend, and the panel is printed on the next working day and delivered the working day after; the countdown at the top of this page already works from the time right now. In London only, Tomorrow Delivery at checkout still gets a panel into priority production first thing the next morning, with a courier booked for the same day.
What artwork will you need for a next-day Dibond panel?
A print-ready PDF at the finished board size with 3 mm bleed, in CMYK, with text and logos kept at least 10 mm inside the trim, uploaded before 2.30pm. Because the aluminium faces show every mark, check that any dark background is a flat, even colour before you upload it, as banding shows more on Dibond than it does on card. Dibond has no online designer, so the file needs to be print-ready when you place the order.
