Next-Day Giant Cheques
The sponsor has only just confirmed the figure and the photographer is booked: order your giant cheque by 2.30pm Mon–Fri and it is printed the same day and delivered the next working day to any address on the UK mainland, so it reaches the club, the school or the charity office before the handover. Orders placed after the cut-off, or at a weekend or on a bank holiday, are printed on the next working day and arrive the working day after that.
Cheques print single sided in full colour, direct to 5 mm foam board for an indoor presentation or 4 mm Correx when the handover is pitch-side or in a car park and the forecast is uncertain. Choose 600 × 300 mm, 900 × 450 mm, 1200 × 600 mm or a custom size, from one cheque to ten for a draw with several winners. Upload a print-ready PDF with 3 mm bleed; to write the amount in by hand on the day, leave that space blank.

The next-day rule
Next-day delivery needs your order in, and your artwork approved, by 2.30pm Mon–Fri for delivery the next working day. Production is scheduled from your approval, not from the time you order, so orders placed or artwork approved after that, or at weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day and arrive the working day after. Every order gets a free artwork proof within the hour; changes to the artwork itself are a priced service per file, back within the hour too.

Foam board or Correx: which should I pick for a cheque that arrives the day before the presentation?
Both are printed and cut on the day you order, so decide on where the photograph happens. 5 mm foam board is the lightest, easy to hold at arm's length through a long round of pictures, but it is strictly indoor. 4 mm Correx is waterproof and weatherproof, so a pitch-side or car-park handover in British weather is no problem, and it can be recycled afterwards.
Which cheque sizes can be delivered the next working day?
600 × 300 mm, 900 × 450 mm and 1200 × 600 mm, plus custom sizes priced live in the configurator. 600 × 300 mm suits one presenter and a desk-side photo, 900 × 450 mm is the usual choice for two people, and 1200 × 600 mm fills the frame when a whole team is lined up behind it.
Can I leave the payee or the amount blank to fill in by hand?
Yes. Leave the space empty in your artwork and add a note to the order saying which line stays blank, and the person checking your file will make sure the gap is clear and the surrounding print is at least 10 mm inside the trim. A marker pen writes cleanly on both foam board and Correx.
How does a 1200 × 600 mm cheque travel without getting bent?
It is a rigid board, so it is packed flat with protection on the corners and faces rather than rolled or folded, and travels as a large parcel. Check it on arrival and let us know straight away if the packaging has been damaged in transit so we can put it right before the presentation.
I am ordering on a Friday afternoon after 2.30pm. When does the cheque arrive?
It is printed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday, or a day later in each case when the Monday is a bank holiday. We do not deliver at weekends or on bank holidays, so an order placed on a Friday before 2.30pm arrives on Monday. The dates shown at the top of this page already account for all of that.
Is there anything quicker than the next working day for a giant cheque?
In London, a same-day courier is also offered; it has its own cut-off and its own page. After 2.30pm, Tomorrow Delivery is the next fastest option here: it prints the cheque first thing on the next working day and sends a courier out that same afternoon, priced at checkout for your address. Elsewhere on the UK mainland, next working day is the fastest we offer, and the cheque itself costs the same as any other day.
