A new instruction lands mid-morning and the vendor wants a board up before the weekend viewings. Order by 2.30pm Mon–Fri and your For Sale, To Let or Sold boards are printed and cut the same day, then delivered the next working day to your branch, the property or a board contractor anywhere on the UK mainland. Orders after the cut-off, or over the weekend, are printed on the next working day and arrive the working day after that.
Boards print on 4 mm white Correx, the fluted polypropylene that lives outdoors for a year or two and slides into a standard T-board frame. Choose 813 × 610 mm for T-boards, 610 × 457 mm for railings and gates, 1219 × 914 mm for development and commercial sites, or a custom size, single or double sided, from one board to 100. Upload a print-ready PDF with 3 mm bleed; boards are supplied without posts or fixings.

The next-day rule
Next-day delivery needs your order in, and your artwork approved, by 2.30pm Mon–Fri for delivery the next working day. Production is scheduled from your approval, not from the time you order, so orders placed or artwork approved after that, or at weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day and arrive the working day after. Every order gets a free artwork proof within the hour; changes to the artwork itself are a priced service per file, back within the hour too.

Which size fits a standard T-board post?
813 × 610 mm, which is 32 × 24 inches, slides into the slot of a standard estate agent T-board. 610 × 457 mm is the smaller board for railings, gates and flats, and 1219 × 914 mm is the 4 × 3 ft size used on development and commercial sites. If your frames take something else, type a custom width and height in millimetres and the price updates as you go.
Can I order a mix of For Sale, To Let and Sold boards in one next-day order?
Yes. Add each design as its own line with its own PDF and pick the quantity for each, from a single board to 100. Everything ordered before 2.30pm Mon–Fri is printed in the same run and delivered together the next working day, so a branch restock of twenty For Sale, ten To Let and ten Sold arrives as one drop.
For a board on a post seen from both directions, is double-sided still delivered next day?
Yes, and it is in fact the usual way these boards are ordered, because a board at the kerb is read approaching from either direction. Supply the front and back as separate pages in your PDF and tick double sided in the configurator; the second face adds a pass through the flatbed but not a day, so it still leaves for next-day delivery when ordered by 2.30pm Mon–Fri.
Do the boards come with posts, and can I fix them straight away?
Boards only. Posts, stakes and fixings are not supplied, so have them at the branch or with your board contractor for the morning the parcel arrives. The Correx is waterproof and the UV-cured ink is set hard before the boards leave us, so they can go up the day they are delivered, rain or shine.
A vendor calls at 4pm wanting a board up before the weekend viewings: what can I actually get?
The board goes into the next working day's print run and is delivered the working day after that, so a call on a Thursday afternoon means a board arriving Monday rather than Friday; the dates on this page are worked out from the time right now. If the branch or the property is in London, Tomorrow Delivery at checkout puts the board into priority production first thing the next morning with a courier the same day, priced like the same-day courier, which is usually enough to still catch a Saturday viewing.
A branch is restocking twenty boards at once: does that change the delivery price?
It does, because the price is calculated at checkout from the size and number of boards in the order rather than quoted as a flat figure, and a restock travels differently to a single Sold swap. The boards themselves are the same price whatever the day. For a routine restock rather than a viewing deadline, standard delivery is free to UK mainland addresses on orders over £25 (£2.95 below that) and takes 3-5 working days, with only parcels over 15 kg charged, at £14.95.
