Same-Day Correx Signs in London
A site sign that was needed yesterday is a familiar Correx request. A contractor has an inspection tomorrow, a school fete opens at ten on Saturday, a campaign board has to be up before the count. Because we print direct to the board on our own flatbed in Battersea and cut it in the same building, a 4mm or 6mm Correx sign with holes already drilled can be on its way the same afternoon.

Same-day correx signs FAQs
Can I get 6mm heavy-duty Correx same day?
Yes. Both 4mm and 6mm are printed on the same flatbed and cut on the same Zund, so the thicker board adds no time. Drilled holes and rounded corners are cut in the same pass as the outline, so they do not push you past the 2.30pm cut-off either.
What do I need to send to make the cut-off?
A print-ready PDF at 300dpi, CMYK, with 3mm bleed and text at least 10mm inside the trim. If you need holes, set them in the picker or mark them on a HOLES layer. Files that need fixing can miss the run, so send them as early in the day as you can.
Can a same-day Correx sign be double sided?
Yes. Double-sided boards are printed on both faces before they go to the cutter, so a two-sided election board or directional sign ordered by 2.30pm Mon–Fri still goes out the same day.
