Custom playing cards printed in-house on 300 or 350gsm silk or Invercote board, cut with rounded corners, collated into decks and banded, priced per deck from a single deck to a thousand. Choose poker size (63.5 x 88.9 mm) or bridge (57 x 89 mm), then tell us how many cards make a deck: 52, 54 with jokers, 55 or 56 with a title card, or any count. Your artwork goes on the backs, the faces, or both: a branded deck for a bar, hotel or corporate gift, a photo deck where every face is a different picture, or a full custom design. Add gloss or matt lamination for a slicker shuffle and a longer life.

Please supply your artwork as a print-ready PDF with 3mm bleed and no crop marks (we add our own). Make sure all colours are CMYK and imagery is 300dpi.

Northern Ireland, the Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Wight, offshore and international addresses are priced live at checkout, as are unusually heavy orders: over 15kg is £14.95 whatever the order value. Flat prints bigger than A4, such as A3 posters or 25 cm stickers, travel in a larger, board-backed pack: paid delivery services carry a packing charge for it, shown at checkout, and free standard delivery stays free. Very large pieces (any side over 120 cm, such as A0 boards) go by courier rather than post, at the courier price shown at checkout for each service. Pieces over 150 cm, or over 100 cm both ways, are beyond the parcel couriers: they travel with a specialist courier at the rate shown at checkout, or we split the artwork into smaller panels for you free of charge. Every order is covered by the Presswift Guarantee: printed to the print preview you approve and the specification you choose, or put right. If what arrives is damaged, short or does not match the approved print preview, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the problem and a count of the affected copies, and keep the copies unused while we look. We reprint the affected copies to the same specification or, where a reprint is not practical, refund them; approved refunds reach your original payment method within 7-10 working days. Because every job is printed to your own artwork and specification, we cannot take a return simply because you have changed your mind, and errors carried through the print preview you approved, or colour and trim variation within normal print tolerance, are not print faults. That is what the free print preview is for: check the colours, wording and layout on the print preview and nothing goes to press until you are happy with it.
How is a deck priced?
Per card. A standard deck is 54 cards including two jokers; enter the quantity of sets you need and the number of cards per set, and the price updates for the whole run.
Can every card be different?
Yes. Supply one page per card face in your PDF and each card prints with its own design, which is how photo decks, flash cards and game prototypes are made. The back design is shared across the deck.
Which board shuffles best?
350gsm silk or Invercote with gloss lamination gives the closest feel to a bought deck, with snap and slip. 300gsm silk without lamination is fine for a keepsake deck or a prototype.
Are the corners rounded?
Yes. Rounded corners are standard on every playing card we print, so the deck looks and handles like a bought one.
Can you supply a box?
Yes. A printed tuck box for a 54-card deck is available from our packaging range; ask when you order and we will match the artwork.

About Playing Cards
Custom playing cards printed in-house on 300 or 350gsm silk or Invercote board, cut to the standard poker size of 63.5 x 88.9mm with rounded corners as standard. Every card can carry a different face, so the same run makes a branded deck with your artwork on the backs, a family photo deck, a set of flash cards or a prototype for a card game. Prices are per card; tell us how many cards make up a set and how many sets you need.
Board matters for how a deck shuffles. Silk at 300gsm is the everyday choice; 350gsm silk and Invercote give a stiffer card with more snap, and gloss or matt lamination adds slip and protects the faces for a deck that will be played with rather than kept. Pair the deck with a printed tuck box from our packaging range for a finished product.
Supply one PDF with one page per card face in order, followed by the back design, at 300dpi in CMYK with 3mm bleed and text 4mm inside the trim. A real person checks every file before it prints, and an emailed PDF proof is available as an optional extra.
