Correx signs are the working board of building sites, fences and event fields: white fluted polypropylene that shrugs off rain, weighs almost nothing and can be cable-tied to railings or nailed to a post in minutes. We print yours in Battersea, direct to the board on a UV flatbed, so the ink is scratch- and water-resistant and typically lasts one to two years outdoors. Choose 4mm standard or 6mm heavy-duty, any size from A4 to A0 or your own millimetres, single or double sided, then add drilled holes and rounded corners cut in the same pass as the outline. Order one board or a hundred.

  • • Available sizes: A4, A3, A2, A1, A0, 1200x800, 600x400, 800x600, Custom
  • • Paper options: Correx® White Fluted Polypropylene 4mm, Correx® White Fluted Polypropylene 6mm
  • • Finishing: No Finishing, Hole, Rounded Corners, Digital Proof (Emailed PDF), Custom

Please supply your artwork as a print-ready PDF with a 3mm bleed and crop marks. Make sure all colours are CMYK and imagery is 300dpi.

  • File Format: PDF (recommended) or high-res JPG/PNG
  • Colour Mode: CMYK for the best colour accuracy
  • Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI at actual size
  • Bleed: 3mm bleed on all edges
  • Fonts: All fonts embedded or converted to outlines
  • Safety Margin: Keep important content 5mm from trim edge

Delivered within 3-5 working days of ordering, once your free proof is approved. That window is the whole job, not just the van: we print, finish and dispatch your order and the tracked carrier delivers it. The clock starts when you approve your free digital proof, so approving promptly is the fastest thing you can do.

Choose your delivery speed at checkout — every parcel is tracked:

  • Standard delivery — 3-5 working days, free to UK mainland addresses on orders over £25, £2.95 below that
  • Next-day delivery — next working day when you order and approve your artwork by 2.30pm Mon–Fri, priced at checkout
  • Next-day by 1pm or by 10.30am — next working day, by the time chosen, when you order and approve your artwork by 2.30pm Mon–Fri, priced at checkout
  • Saturday delivery — Saturday, for orders approved by 2.30pm on Friday, priced at checkout
  • Same-day delivery in London — order up to 500 units with print-ready artwork by 2.30pm Mon–Fri, and a tracked courier delivers the same day. Priced at checkout, including same-day production.

The Highlands & Islands, offshore and international addresses are priced live at checkout, as are unusually heavy orders — over 15kg is £14.95 whatever the order value. Very large pieces (any side over 120cm, such as A0 boards) go by courier rather than post: £7.95 on Standard, with the faster services at the courier's large-parcel rate, shown at checkout. See live delivery prices and times.

Every order is covered by the Presswift Guarantee: printed to the proof you approve and the specification you choose, or put right. If what arrives is damaged, short or does not match the approved proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the problem and a count of the affected copies, and keep the copies unused while we look. We reprint the affected copies to the same specification or, where a reprint is not practical, refund them; approved refunds reach your original payment method within 7-10 working days. Read the Presswift Guarantee.

Because every job is printed to your own artwork and specification, we cannot take a return simply because you have changed your mind, and errors carried through the proof you approved, or colour and trim variation within normal print tolerance, are not print faults. That is what the free digital proof is for — check the colours, wording and layout on the proof and nothing goes to press until you are happy with it.

Should I choose 4mm or 6mm Correx?

4mm is the standard and suits most signs, including anything cable-tied to a fence or railing. 6mm heavy-duty is stiffer, so it is the better pick for larger panels such as A0 and 1200 x 800mm, or for boards nailed to a post where extra rigidity helps.

How do I position the drilled holes?

Pick a Hole finish and a to-scale picker appears on the page. Use a preset such as four corners or two top corners, drag the holes where you want them, or type exact millimetre positions. Choose 6, 8 or 10mm holes. Every hole sits at least 12mm in from the edge to keep the fixing secure.

How long will a Correx sign last outside?

Typically one to two years. The polypropylene itself is waterproof and weatherproof, and because we print direct to the board with UV-cured ink there is no vinyl to peel or lift. Colours are colourfast and the surface resists scratches, so a site or garden sign should still be legible long after the job is finished.

Can I order a size that is not on the list?

Yes. Type any width and height in millimetres on the product page and the price updates live. The Zund cutter works from a 1220 x 2440mm sheet, so anything up to that fits on a single board. Rounded corners and drilled holes can be added at the same time.

Do I get a proof before printing?

Every file is checked by a real person before it goes on the flatbed, and we will flag anything that looks wrong. If you would like to see and approve a PDF proof by email first, add it as an optional extra at checkout. Bear in mind screens show RGB and we print CMYK, so colours can shift slightly.

Can Correx signs be recycled?

Yes. Correx is polypropylene and is recyclable. When a site sign or campaign board has done its job, take off any cable ties or screws and recycle the board with other polypropylene. We print direct to the board with no laminate or vinyl, so there is nothing to separate first.

How much do Correx Signs cost?

Correx Signs start from £16.43 excluding VAT. The price updates live on this page as you choose your size, material and quantity, and the price per unit falls at higher quantities.

What sizes do Correx Signs come in?

Correx Signs are available in 8 sizes: A4, A3, A2, A1, A0, 1200x800, 600x400 and 800x600. You can also enter a custom size in millimetres and see the price update instantly.

Which materials can I choose for Correx Signs?

Correx Signs can be printed on Correx® White Fluted Polypropylene 4mm and Correx® White Fluted Polypropylene 6mm. Each option is listed with its thickness or type so you can match durability to the job, and the page reprices as you switch.

Do you offer bulk discounts on Correx Signs?

Yes. Correx Signs carry quantity discounts, so the price per unit falls as the run grows. Change the quantity on this page and the discount is applied to the total automatically.

Can I get Correx Signs delivered the same day?

Yes. Order Correx Signs, and approve your artwork, by 2.30pm Mon–Fri and a tracked courier delivers them the same day in London. Elsewhere in the UK, standard tracked delivery takes 3-5 working days, with express and next-day options at checkout (next-day: order and approve your artwork by 2.30pm Mon–Fri).

How much is delivery for Correx Signs?

Standard tracked delivery is free to UK mainland addresses on orders over £25 (£2.95 below that), and takes 3-5 working days from ordering. The Highlands & Islands, offshore and international addresses are priced live at checkout, as are orders over 15kg (£14.95 whatever the order value). Express and next-day services are available at checkout (next-day: order and approve your artwork by 2.30pm Mon–Fri), and a courier can deliver in London on the day you order when you order by 2.30pm Mon–Fri.

About Correx Signs

Correx is the name everyone uses for fluted polypropylene sheet: two thin white skins joined by a row of hollow channels, like corrugated card made of plastic. That structure is why it is so light for its stiffness, and because it is polypropylene it is waterproof, weatherproof and recyclable at end of life. We stock it in 4mm, which suits most signs, and 6mm heavy-duty for larger panels or anywhere you want a stiffer board. Outdoors a Correx sign typically lasts one to two years, which makes it the sensible choice for anything temporary.

Every board is printed in our Battersea workshop on a Canon Arizona UV flatbed, laying UV-cured ink straight onto the polypropylene rather than onto a vinyl that is stuck down. The cured ink is scratch- and water-resistant and colourfast, and it covers the white board to the edge. Cutting happens on a Zund digital flatbed, which trims the outline, rounds the corners and drills the fixing holes in one pass, so a hundred double-sided boards come off the table identical. Fix them with cable ties through the holes, screw them to a fence or nail them to a post.

Send a print-ready PDF at 300dpi in CMYK with 3mm bleed, and keep text and logos at least 10mm inside the trim, so a sign still reads cleanly from across a car park. If you have chosen holes, our picker shows exactly where they will sit, or you can mark them on your own artwork. A real person checks every file before it prints; an emailed PDF proof is an optional add-on if you want to sign off first.
