The Remembrance Sunday service

The booklet in every hand at the service, and the printed things that go home with the congregation — the programme, the bookmark, the card.

The parade and the two-minute silence

Signs that tell people where to gather, which roads are closed and when the silence falls — the outdoor signs weatherproof for a wet November morning, the rest for the hall and the church.

The exhibition, the school and the club wall

Boards and prints for the week the names come out of the archive — the library display, the school project, the photograph on the club wall.

Stewards, the appeal table and the coffee morning

Badges for the people running the day, stickers and tent cards for the appeal table, and the flyers for the coffee morning and the concert.

Remembrance Printing FAQs

What is the last date I can order for delivery before Remembrance Sunday?

For 2026: order, with your artwork approved, by 2.30pm on Fri 6 Nov for same-day courier delivery in London; by 2.30pm on Thu 5 Nov for next-working-day delivery anywhere in the UK; and by Fri 30 Oct for standard delivery (3-5 working days), free on orders over £25, to UK mainland addresses. The dates are worked out from the print room's working days, so the Sunday is already allowed for. If you also need print for Armistice Day on 11 November, count back from that date instead. Foil or mounting needs a few extra days — ask for a quote and we give you a firm date.

Is there a minimum quantity for an order of service?

The price for each quantity is shown on the product page before checkout, so you can price a run for the whole congregation and a smaller one for the choir and compare them. Card runs with foil and printed names start from 25.

Do we need a designer, or can we send our own file?

Send a print-ready PDF and we print it on our own presses in London. The online designer carries Remembrance layouts for flyers and foam boards; an order of service is best supplied as your own file, with hymns, readings and the names laid out as you want them read.

What are the parade signs printed on?

Correx signs are weatherproof and stand up to a wet morning at the memorial; roller banners come with their own stand for the church entrance or the civic reception; foam boards are lightweight for an indoor exhibition; and a dibond board is the choice for a panel that stays up outside after November.

Can the cards and bookmarks carry a foil poppy motif?

Gold and silver foil is applied in-house on card runs, tags and vouchers — no die, so a small run for the association is affordable. The poppy is printed as a motif of your own design; we are not connected with any appeal or charity. Foil is not part of the same-day route — quote it and we give you a firm date.

Can I order the order of service and the programme together?

Yes. Add each item to your basket as its own line and check out once — the order is grouped and delivered together.
