Sizes run from A5 to A1 plus 600 x 400mm, 800 x 600mm and custom, from one sign to a hundred.

Delivered within 3-5 working days of ordering, once your free proof is approved. That window is the whole job, not just the van: we print, finish and dispatch your order and the tracked carrier delivers it. The clock starts when you approve your free digital proof, so approving promptly is the fastest thing you can do.
Choose your delivery speed at checkout — every parcel is tracked:
- • Standard delivery — 3-5 working days, free to UK mainland addresses on orders over £25, £2.95 below that
- • Next-day delivery — next working day when you order and approve your artwork by 2.30pm Mon–Fri, priced at checkout
- • Next-day by 1pm or by 10.30am — next working day, by the time chosen, when you order and approve your artwork by 2.30pm Mon–Fri, priced at checkout
- • Saturday delivery — Saturday, for orders approved by 2.30pm on Friday, priced at checkout

The Highlands & Islands, offshore and international addresses are priced live at checkout, as are unusually heavy orders — over 15kg is £14.95 whatever the order value. Very large pieces (any side over 120cm, such as A0 boards) go by courier rather than post: £7.95 on Standard, with the faster services at the courier's large-parcel rate, shown at checkout. See live delivery prices and times.
Every order is covered by the Presswift Guarantee: printed to the proof you approve and the specification you choose, or put right. If what arrives is damaged, short or does not match the approved proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the problem and a count of the affected copies, and keep the copies unused while we look. We reprint the affected copies to the same specification or, where a reprint is not practical, refund them; approved refunds reach your original payment method within 7-10 working days. Read the Presswift Guarantee.
Because every job is printed to your own artwork and specification, we cannot take a return simply because you have changed your mind, and errors carried through the proof you approved, or colour and trim variation within normal print tolerance, are not print faults. That is what the free digital proof is for — check the colours, wording and layout on the proof and nothing goes to press until you are happy with it.
Which board should I choose for a safety sign?
Correx 4mm for anything temporary such as a hoarding or a short build, since it is the cheapest and typically lasts one to two years outside. Foamex 3mm for several years on a wall or fence. Dibond 3mm for permanent signs at a site entrance or shopfront where a flat, rigid, long-life board matters.
Do you supply the safety symbols and wording?
We print whatever wording and symbols you supply, or set the sign for you if you tell us what it needs to say. Use ISO 7010 symbols and base the content on your own risk assessment. We are printers, not a safety consultancy, so we cannot advise on which signs your site legally requires.
How do I add fixing holes?
Pick a hole finish and a to-scale picker opens. Choose a preset (one top-centre, two top corners, four corners or two sides), drag holes into place, or type exact millimetre positions. Holes are 6, 8 or 10mm and sit at least 12mm from the edge. You can also mark them on a HOLES layer in your artwork.
Can I order a size that is not listed?
Yes. The listed sizes are A5 to A1 plus 600 x 400mm and 800 x 600mm, but you can type any width and height in millimetres on the product page and the price updates live. The Zund cutter trims to your exact dimensions, so a sign made to fit a gate or a fence panel is no trouble.
How do I fix the sign up?
Correx is light enough to cable-tie to mesh fencing through drilled holes, screw to a wall or nail to a post. Foamex takes screws and adhesive pads. Dibond screws through drilled holes. Order the holes with the sign and the Zund drills them in the same pass as the cut, so the board arrives ready to fix.
Will the colours match my screen?
Close, but not identically. Screens show colour in RGB and the flatbed prints in CMYK, so a safety yellow or signal red may shift slightly. Supply CMYK artwork, and if the exact shade matters add the optional emailed PDF proof and check it before we print. Every file is looked over by a real person regardless.
How much do Site & Safety Signs cost?
Site & Safety Signs start from £15.81 excluding VAT. The price updates live on this page as you choose your size, material and quantity, and the price per unit falls at higher quantities.
What sizes do Site & Safety Signs come in?
Site & Safety Signs are available in 7 sizes: A5, A4, A3, A2, A1, 600x400 and 800x600. You can also enter a custom size in millimetres and see the price update instantly.
Which materials can I choose for Site & Safety Signs?
Site & Safety Signs can be printed on Correx® White Fluted Polypropylene 4mm, Dibond 3mm and Foamex 3mm. Each option is listed with its thickness or type so you can match durability to the job, and the page reprices as you switch.
Do you offer bulk discounts on Site & Safety Signs?
Yes. Site & Safety Signs carry quantity discounts, so the price per unit falls as the run grows. Change the quantity on this page and the discount is applied to the total automatically.
Can I get Site & Safety Signs delivered the same day?
Yes. Order Site & Safety Signs, and approve your artwork, by 2.30pm Mon–Fri and a tracked courier delivers them the same day in London. Elsewhere in the UK, standard tracked delivery takes 3-5 working days, with express and next-day options at checkout (next-day: order and approve your artwork by 2.30pm Mon–Fri).
How much is delivery for Site & Safety Signs?

About Site & Safety Signs
A site or safety sign has one job: to be read at a glance and to stay readable for as long as the hazard exists. Correx 4mm is white fluted polypropylene, lightweight and waterproof, typically good for one to two years outdoors and the cheapest option for a hoarding or a short build. Foamex 3mm is a rigid PVC foam board with a smooth matt-satin surface that lasts several years outside and wipes clean. Dibond 3mm sandwiches a polyethylene core between two aluminium skins: flat, rigid and the board to choose when the sign is staying up for good.
Every sign is printed in our Battersea workshop on a Canon Arizona UV flatbed, direct to the board with UV-cured inks that resist scratches and water and stay colourfast. The Zund cutter then trims it to size and, in the same pass, drills the fixing holes and rounds the corners when ordered. Choose a hole finish and a to-scale picker appears: one top-centre, two top corners, four corners or two sides, or drag holes exactly where your fence panel or post needs them, in 6, 8 or 10mm. Quantities run from a single notice to a hundred or more.
Send a print-ready PDF at 300dpi, CMYK, with 3mm bleed, and keep wording and symbols at least 10mm inside the trim and clear of your hole positions. Only have the words? We can set the sign for you with ISO 7010 symbols; the wording and the risk assessment behind it stay yours, as we are printers rather than safety consultants. A real person checks every file before it prints, and an emailed PDF proof is an optional add-on. Order by the weekday cut-off for same-day delivery in London, or allow 3-5 working days elsewhere in the UK.
