Available in standard, matt, gloss, and clear finishes to suit any application. Each sticker is supplied as a single cut piece rather than on a sheet, making them ideal for product labelling, branding, packaging, and promotional use. Whether you need a crisp white background or a transparent finish that lets the surface show through, we have an option to suit.

Please supply your artwork as a print-ready PDF with a 3mm bleed and crop marks. Make sure all colours are CMYK and imagery is 300dpi.

Free design templates
Each template has the bleed, cut line and safe area already marked, so your file is set up correctly first time:
- Download your size and corner style — PDF for Illustrator, Affinity or InDesign; PNG for Photoshop or Canva.
- Open it in your design app, or place it on a locked layer at 100% size — it already includes the 3mm bleed.
- Design over it: run your background right to the red bleed edge and keep text and logos inside the green safe area.
- Hide or delete the template layer, then export a print-ready PDF (CMYK, 300dpi) and upload it with your order.

Every order is covered by the Presswift Guarantee: printed to the proof you approve and the specification you choose, or put right. If what arrives is damaged, short or does not match the approved proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the problem and a count of the affected copies, and keep the copies unused while we look. We reprint the affected copies to the same specification or, where a reprint is not practical, refund them; approved refunds reach your original payment method within 7-10 working days. Because every job is printed to your own artwork and specification, we cannot take a return simply because you have changed your mind, and errors carried through the proof you approved, or colour and trim variation within normal print tolerance, are not print faults. That is what the free digital proof is for — check the colours, wording and layout on the proof and nothing goes to press until you are happy with it.
How are individual stickers different from sheet stickers?
Individual stickers are supplied cut singly, each on its own, while sheet stickers arrive as several stickers grouped together on one shared backing sheet ready to peel off as needed.
I need more than 250 stickers — what should I order?
At higher quantities, sheet stickers are usually far better value: the same full-colour vinyl print, supplied on shared backing sheets ready to peel. If you specifically need large volumes supplied cut singly, contact us and we will quote the best production route for your job.
Are individual stickers waterproof?
They are printed on durable vinyl that is water-resistant, so they cope with splashes, damp conditions and outdoor use. For heavy exposure we can advise on the most hard-wearing finish.
Can I get a custom die-cut shape?
Yes. Individual stickers can be die-cut to any outline. Supply your cut line as vector artwork and we will cut each sticker to follow the exact shape of your design.
Can I order more than one design?
Yes. Since each sticker is cut singly, you can mix designs within an order. Send your separate artwork files and let us know the split you need.
What artwork do you need for individual stickers?
A print-ready PDF at 300dpi in CMYK with 3mm bleed works best. For die-cut shapes, include a vector cut line so the edges are cut accurately.

Add "Cut into singles" under Finishing and we guillotine every sticker apart so each arrives loose, ready to hand out, apply or pack one at a time without peeling from a larger layout first.
Printed in full CMYK colour on durable vinyl, they are water-resistant and hard-wearing for indoor and outdoor use.
