Hangers print at 108 × 280 mm or a custom size, single or double sided, with the handle hole cut as part of the run. Your hangers print in our London print room the same afternoon on the weight you chose, then are trimmed and the handle hole cut before they are counted into packs.
Delivered the next working day
A tracked courier delivers the next working day anywhere on the UK mainland. Weekends and bank holidays are skipped, and the dates above already account for that.

The next-day rule
Next-day delivery needs your order in, and your artwork approved, by 2.30pm Mon–Fri for delivery the next working day. Production is scheduled from your approval, not from the time you order, so orders placed or artwork approved after that, or at weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day and arrive the working day after. Every order gets a free artwork proof within the hour; changes to the artwork itself are a priced service per file, back within the hour too.

Next-day door hangers FAQs
How thick should door hangers be?
For anything that hangs outdoors or stays on a handle for days, choose 300gsm, 350gsm or 400gsm: those weights hold their shape through wind and drizzle. 200gsm and 250gsm suit indoor use such as hotel rooms. The lighter 100gsm to 170gsm papers are for very large runs where cost matters more than rigidity; every one of them is in stock for next-day.
Are the hangers delivered with the handle hole already cut?
Yes. The hole is cut as part of the same-afternoon run, so the hangers arrive ready to slip over a handle with no punching or scissors. Use the template from the product page so the hole sits in the right place and keep your headline below it; the top of the card is structure, everything beneath is your message.
Can I order door hangers in a size other than 108 × 280 mm?
Yes. 108 × 280 mm is the standard size, and the configurator also accepts a custom width and height in millimetres. Custom-sized hangers follow the same 2.30pm Mon–Fri rule for next-working-day delivery. If you go custom, keep the hole area in proportion so the hanger still fits a standard lever handle.
Can both sides be printed for the same next-day timing?
Yes. Double sided costs a little more than single but does not add a day: both faces print in the same pass. A common layout is the offer or notice on the front and a map, price list, contact details or a QR code on the back, so the hanger keeps working after it has been taken off the handle.
How many door hangers can I get for next-day delivery?
Tiers run from 10 through 25, 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 200 and 250, with a custom quantity above that, and all of them are printed and cut the same day when ordered before the cut-off. A round of a few hundred doors is a normal afternoon's work; the delivery speed is priced at checkout for your address.
Can I get them the same day instead?
In London a same-day courier is also offered; it has its own cut-off and its own page. Once 2.30pm has passed for next-day printing, Tomorrow Delivery becomes the London option instead, putting your hangers on the next morning's press with a courier the same day, priced like the same-day courier. Outside London, next working day is the fastest we can print and deliver, and standard delivery is free to UK mainland addresses on orders over £25 if the drop can wait 3-5 working days.
