Each calendar is a 12-page set, one page per month in whatever order your year starts, printed single sided on 120gsm, 160gsm or 250gsm uncoated or 150gsm, 170gsm or 250gsm silk, and finished as a freestanding display for a desk. Choose A5, DL or a custom size, in runs from 10 to 250. Calendars are upload-only: send a print-ready PDF with 3 mm bleed, one page per month, before the cut-off.

Your 12 monthly pages print in our London print room the same afternoon, then are trimmed, collated in month order and assembled onto the freestanding base before packing.
Delivered the next working day
A tracked courier delivers the next working day anywhere on the UK mainland. Weekends and bank holidays are skipped, and the dates above already account for that.

The next-day rule
Next-day delivery needs your order in, and your artwork approved, by 2.30pm Mon–Fri for delivery the next working day. Production is scheduled from your approval, not from the time you order, so orders placed or artwork approved after that, or at weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day and arrive the working day after. Every order gets a free artwork proof within the hour; changes to the artwork itself are a priced service per file, back within the hour too.

- Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding England and Wales bank holidays; the print room is in London.
- Next-day delivery covers the UK mainland; Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland rates and timings are shown at checkout.
- Print-ready artwork (PDF, 3 mm bleed) or a finished online design must be with us by the cut-off, because production starts as soon as you pay.

How should I set up desk calendar artwork for next-day delivery?
Supply a single print-ready PDF with 12 pages in month order at the finished size, A5 or DL, with 3 mm bleed on every page. The months are whatever you put on the pages, so a September start for an academic year or April for a financial year is simply a different page order. Desk calendars are upload-only; there is no online designer for this product.
Which paper is best for a desk calendar?
250gsm, in uncoated or silk, gives the firmest page and is the usual choice for a calendar that stands on a desk all year. 150gsm and 170gsm silk suit photographic work where colour matters most, and 120gsm and 160gsm uncoated keep the cost down for larger giveaway runs. All six stocks are in our print room, so none of them affects the next-day timing.
Are desk calendars printed on one side only?
Yes. Each of the 12 pages prints single sided, so the month you are looking at is the only thing on view and the reverse stays clean as the pages turn. Build your file as 12 single pages rather than spreads and the page count in the configurator will match it without any adjustment from us.
What is the smallest and largest run for next-day calendars?
Quantity tiers run from 10 up to 250 calendars, and every tier follows the same rule: in by 2.30pm Mon–Fri, printed and assembled the same day, delivered the next working day. Ten calendars covers a short client list; 250 is enough for a whole office desk drop or a conference stand.
Will the calendars arrive ready to stand on a desk?
Yes. Every calendar is assembled onto its freestanding base in-house before it is packed, so the box is opened and the calendars go straight onto desks or into gift bags. Nothing needs folding, slotting or attaching at your end, which matters when they are being handed out the morning they arrive.
