Table numbers for a rearranged room, a two-for-one that starts this week, a QR code that has just changed: tent cards carry a message to every table at once, and the message rarely has a week to spare. Order by 2.30pm Mon–Fri and your tent cards are printed and creased the same afternoon, then delivered the next working day anywhere on the UK mainland. After the cut-off, or over a weekend or bank holiday, they print the next working day and arrive the working day after that.
Tent cards print double sided as standard, so guests on both sides of the table read the card, on 300gsm or 350gsm card in silk or uncoated. Sizes are A6, A5, A4 and DL, or a custom size for an unusual table or counter, and quantities run from 25 to 1,000. Design both faces online or upload a print-ready PDF with 3 mm bleed, keeping text away from the fold, and the delivery speed is priced at checkout.

A tracked courier delivers the next working day anywhere on the UK mainland. Weekends and bank holidays are skipped, and the dates above already account for that.

The next-day rule
Next-day delivery needs your order in, and your artwork approved, by 2.30pm Mon–Fri for delivery the next working day. Production is scheduled from your approval, not from the time you order, so orders placed or artwork approved after that, or at weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day and arrive the working day after. Every order gets a free artwork proof within the hour; changes to the artwork itself are a priced service per file, back within the hour too.

Next-day tent cards FAQs
Do the tent cards arrive folded and ready to stand?
They arrive printed and creased, packed flat so the crease stays crisp and the cards travel without damage. Folding each one along the crease takes a second and needs no glue, tape or tools; the card holds its triangular shape on the table. Packing flat is also why a large order fits in a small box for the next-working-day courier.
Which card stock stands up best?
Both weights on this page are rigid enough to stand: 300gsm suits a single event or a promotion that changes weekly, while 350gsm is the choice for cards that stay on tables for a month and get handled and wiped. Silk gives a smooth surface and richer colour; uncoated has a matt, natural feel and is easier to write a table number on by hand.
How should I set up artwork for a double-sided tent card?
Supply one PDF with both faces at the finished size, A6, A5, A4, DL or your custom size, with 3 mm bleed on every edge. Keep logos and text clear of the centre fold line, because anything sitting on the crease will read as a kink. If you would rather not set that up, both faces can be laid out in the online designer; either way the file must be complete by 2.30pm Mon–Fri.
Can I order as few as 25 tent cards for next-day delivery?
Yes, 25 is the smallest quantity tier and it is a common order for a single dining room or a small event. The cards themselves cost no more for next day; what you pay for the faster delivery is worked out at checkout from your address. Larger tiers go up to 1,000 for a chain or a multi-day conference.
Will the tent cards be delivered on the day of my event?
They are delivered on the next working day after an order placed by 2.30pm Mon–Fri, so the safest plan is to order the working day before you set the room, and two working days before if the event falls on a Monday. There are no weekend or bank-holiday deliveries. The dates at the top of this page are calculated on your clock, so you can see straight away whether the timing works.
Is there a cheaper option if I do not need them next day?
Standard delivery is free to UK mainland addresses on orders over £25 (£2.95 below that) and takes 3-5 working days from ordering, so for a promotion planned a couple of weeks ahead it is the better choice. Both options are shown side by side at checkout once you enter the address, with the next-day price for that address, so you can decide with the dates in front of you.
