Cards print at 85 × 55 mm, the size that lives in a wallet next to a bank card, or at a custom size if your scheme needs one. Choose 250gsm to 400gsm card, silk or uncoated, including the heavier 350gsm and 400gsm silks that survive a full stamp cycle, printed single or double sided. Design online with your stamp grid on the back or upload a print-ready PDF with 3 mm bleed; quantities run from 50 to 10,000.

A tracked courier delivers the next working day anywhere on the UK mainland. Weekends and bank holidays are skipped, and the dates above already account for that.

The next-day rule
Next-day delivery needs your order in, and your artwork approved, by 2.30pm Mon–Fri for delivery the next working day. Production is scheduled from your approval, not from the time you order, so orders placed or artwork approved after that, or at weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day and arrive the working day after. Every order gets a free artwork proof within the hour; changes to the artwork itself are a priced service per file, back within the hour too.

Which card stock is best for a loyalty card that is carried for months?
The heavier the better for a card that lives in a wallet through ten or more visits. 350gsm silk or uncoated is the usual choice, and 400gsm silk is the stiffest option on the list. Uncoated takes a rubber stamp or biro cleanly on the reward side; silk resists scuffing and keeps colours bright. Every stock listed on this page can be printed and delivered on the next-working-day timeline.
Do I have to use the standard 85 × 55 mm size?
No, though it is the sensible default because it slips into the same wallet slot as a bank card and matches most card holders on a counter. If your scheme needs a different shape, choose Custom in the configurator and enter the finished dimensions. Custom sizes follow the same production timeline as the standard size when the order and artwork are in by 2.30pm Mon–Fri.
Can I design the stamp grid online instead of supplying a file?
Yes. Loyalty cards are one of the products you can build in the online designer: put your branding on the front and the stamp boxes, reward and short terms on the back, then approve to press. If you already have artwork, upload a PDF at the finished size with 3 mm bleed and keep the stamp boxes well inside the trim. Either route must be complete by the cut-off.
How many loyalty cards should I order for next day?
Enough for a few weeks of regulars rather than a year, because the same card can be reordered any day. Tiers start at 50 and run to 10,000, and the price per card falls as the quantity rises. Whatever tier you pick, the print price is the same as any other day; only the delivery speed is priced at checkout for your address.
