Weekends and bank holidays are already skipped in the dates shown at the top of this page, so what you read is the day it turns up.
Every banner is 850 × 2000 mm, printed single sided in full colour on a 250 micron roller banner material, and supplied as a portable display that pulls up from its base and retracts for transport. Order one to ten in the configurator, or ask for a custom quantity for matching stands. Artwork must be a print-ready PDF at 850 × 2000 mm with 3 mm bleed; roller banners are upload only, there is no online designer for them. The banner is priced the same as any other day.

The next-day rule
Next-day delivery needs your order in, and your artwork approved, by 2.30pm Mon–Fri for delivery the next working day. Production is scheduled from your approval, not from the time you order, so orders placed or artwork approved after that, or at weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day and arrive the working day after. Every order gets a free artwork proof within the hour; changes to the artwork itself are a priced service per file, back within the hour too.

What do I receive with a next-day roller banner?
A portable, retractable display: the 850 × 2000 mm graphic is printed, cut and fitted to its base, so the banner arrives as a stand rather than as a loose print for you to mount yourself. Pull the graphic up to display it and it retracts into the base for transport between venues, which is why one banner can do a whole season of shows.
What size and format does the artwork need to be?
A print-ready PDF at 850 × 2000 mm with 3 mm bleed, uploaded when you order. Keep logos and the key message in the top two thirds, where they read over a crowd, and leave the bottom 150 mm free of anything important because it sits low and behind furniture. Roller banners are upload only; there is no online designer.
What is the banner printed on, and how many can I order?
A 250 micron roller banner material, printed single sided in full colour. Every banner is the same 850 × 2000 mm, so a set of ten stands identically along a stage front. The configurator takes one to ten banners in an order, and a custom quantity can be requested for larger sets of matching stands across a chain of branches or a multi-venue tour.
How do I work out when to order so the banner is at the venue in time?
Picture the two stages separately: building the stand, then getting it to the venue. Building happens on the day you order only when payment has cleared and the artwork is attached by 2.30pm Mon–Fri; order at 11am and it is built that afternoon, order at 9pm and it waits for the next working day to start, the same as an order placed over a weekend or on a bank holiday. Travel then adds the one working day shown at the top of this page, which recalculates itself against the clock rather than a fixed table.
The stand is due tomorrow and I have missed 2.30pm. Any way round it?
Only when the venue address is in London. Tomorrow Delivery at checkout sends the artwork to the front of the next working day's production run and books a courier for later that same day, at the same price as the same-day courier, so a stand ordered tonight can still reach an London venue tomorrow afternoon. For venues further out, building still starts the next working day and the stand travels the day after that, which is the arrival date already displayed on this page.
Is a roller banner more expensive when it goes next day?
No, the banner itself is the same price on every order regardless of speed. Delivery is the only variable, and it is quoted for your postcode at checkout once the address is entered, well before you confirm payment. Booked a stand for a show that is not for another month?
