Next-Day Event Badges & Lanyards
Delegate lists close late and registration opens early, which is why badges are so often ordered the day before the doors open. Order by 2.30pm Mon–Fri and your badge and lanyard set is printed the same afternoon and handed to a courier for delivery the next working day, anywhere on the UK mainland. The dates at the top of this page are worked out on your clock, so the arrival day you see already allows for weekends and bank holidays.
Badges print full colour on 250gsm or 300gsm card, silk or uncoated, single or double sided, at 85 × 55 mm, 90 × 55 mm or 90 × 60 mm, with custom sizes if your holders need them. Choose from 25 to 500 sets, or ask for a custom quantity. Upload a print-ready PDF with 3 mm bleed or design the badge online, pay, and the delivery speed is priced at checkout for your address; the badges themselves cost the same as any other day.

Configure, upload your print-ready PDF (or finish a design online) and pay by 2.30pm Mon–Fri. Choose next-day delivery at checkout. Approve your artwork by the same time: production is scheduled from your approval.
Printed the same day
Your badges are printed in full colour in our London print room the same afternoon, trimmed to size and packed ready for the registration desk, with any lanyards, wallets or batch-artwork names added exactly as you chose them in the configurator.
Delivered the next working day
A tracked courier delivers the next working day anywhere on the UK mainland. Weekends and bank holidays are skipped, and the dates above already account for that.

The next-day rule
Next-day delivery needs your order in, and your artwork approved, by 2.30pm Mon–Fri for delivery the next working day. Production is scheduled from your approval, not from the time you order, so orders placed or artwork approved after that, or at weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day and arrive the working day after. Every order gets a free artwork proof within the hour; changes to the artwork itself are a priced service per file, back within the hour too.

What counts
- Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding England and Wales bank holidays; the print room is in London.
- Next-day delivery covers the UK mainland; Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland rates and timings are shown at checkout.
- Print-ready artwork (PDF, 3 mm bleed) or a finished online design must be with us by the cut-off, because production starts as soon as you pay.

Can I get a different name on every badge for next-day delivery?
The online designer prints one design across the set, so it is not the place to change a name on every badge. For individual names, choose the Individual Names (Batch Artwork) option in the configurator and supply either one badge per page in your PDF at the finished size with 3 mm bleed, or a name list for us to typeset. Either way, the complete file needs to be with us by 2.30pm Mon–Fri so production can start straight away.
Which badge sizes and card stocks are available next day?
The three standard sizes, 85 × 55 mm, 90 × 55 mm and 90 × 60 mm, all suit common lanyard clips and holders, and custom sizes are available if your event holders need something else. Card is 250gsm or 300gsm in a silk or uncoated finish. Uncoated takes a pen if you expect to write in late names at the desk; silk gives logos and colour panels a cleaner look.
Do badges come with lanyards for next-day delivery, or do I need to add them?
Lanyards are an option, not a default. In the configurator you can add a Single Clip Lanyard or Double Clip Lanyard, plus a plastic wallet if the badges need to survive a day of handling. Choose what you need before checkout and the whole order, badges and any lanyards or wallets, is printed, packed and sent on the same next-working-day timeline.
My event is on a Monday. When do I need to order?
By 2.30pm on the Friday, when Friday is a working day. The badges are printed that afternoon and delivered on Monday, the next working day. Ordering over the weekend means printing on Monday and delivery on Tuesday, which is too late for a Monday registration desk. If the Monday is a bank holiday, the next working day moves to Tuesday; the dates shown on this page already account for that.
The delegate list changed after I ordered. Can I add badges?
Place a second, smaller order for the additions; the 25 quantity tier keeps a top-up order affordable. If it goes in before 2.30pm Mon–Fri it follows the same next-working-day timeline as the first batch. For names that arrive on the morning itself, most organisers order a handful of blank badges in the first run and write them in at the desk.
The venue is in London and the cut-off has passed. Any options?
Choose Tomorrow Delivery at checkout. It gives your badge set priority production first thing the next working day, and a courier delivers to the venue or your office that same day, priced at checkout the same way as the separate same-day courier option. Tomorrow Delivery is only available for London addresses.
