Order by 2.30pm Mon–Fri and your strut cards are printed, cut and fitted with their struts the same day, arriving the next working day anywhere on the UK mainland. That is the launch offer a group of shops needs on every counter by Thursday, the card-machine notice for a new branch, or the price list a salon wants standing before the weekend rush. Weekend and bank-holiday orders are printed on the next working day, and the page shows the real arrival date rather than a range.
Strut cards print single sided in full colour on rigid 1.25 mm display board, cut to A6, A5, A4 or A3 or to a custom size, with a fold-out strut on the back so each card stands on its own. Quantities run in tiers of 1, 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 75 and 100, with a custom quantity on request. Supply a print-ready PDF with 3 mm bleed at the finished size; strut cards are upload only, with no online designer. The card price is the same as any other day.

The next-day rule
Next-day delivery needs your order in, and your artwork approved, by 2.30pm Mon–Fri for delivery the next working day. Production is scheduled from your approval, not from the time you order, so orders placed or artwork approved after that, or at weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day and arrive the working day after. Every order gets a free artwork proof within the hour; changes to the artwork itself are a priced service per file, back within the hour too.

What are next-day strut cards made of?
A rigid 1.25 mm display board that stands upright without bowing and takes a clean, bright print. Each card is printed single sided in full colour on the face and fitted with a fold-out strut on the reverse. Fold the strut out and the card stands on a counter, shelf or reception desk with no easel or holder.
Which sizes can I have, and how many?
A6, A5, A4 and A3, or choose Custom and enter your own width and height in millimetres. A6 and A5 suit the till point; A4 and A3 work on shelf ends and reception desks. Quantities are picked from set tiers, 1, 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 75 or 100 cards, and a custom quantity can be requested if you are supplying more branches than that.
How do I supply the artwork for a strut card?
A print-ready PDF at the finished size with 3 mm bleed, uploaded at the point of ordering. Keep the headline large and the important text in the top half, because the strut angles the card back and the lower edge can sit behind card machines and displays. Strut cards are upload only; there is no online designer for this product.
What is the rule for strut cards to arrive the next working day?
Everything hinges on 2.30pm Mon–Fri: pay and have the artwork uploaded by then and the cards go through print and strutting that same afternoon, ready to travel overnight. Miss that point, whether by an hour or because it fell on a Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday, and the same print-and-strut step simply moves to the next working day, pushing arrival back by one more day. The countdown at the top of the page always reflects the moment you are reading it, so there is no maths to do yourself.
I have missed the cut-off. Can the cards still be on the counter tomorrow?
Only if the counter is at an London address. Tomorrow Delivery, chosen at checkout, moves the cards to the head of the next working day's print run and has a courier collect them that same afternoon, priced at the same rate as the same-day courier. Anywhere else in the country, printing still starts the next working day and the cards arrive the working day after, and that is the date the top of this page will already be showing.
What will I pay for next-day delivery on strut cards?
The cards themselves are the same price on a next-day order as on any other; it is only the courier charge that changes. Put your delivery address into checkout and the exact next-day figure for that postcode is shown before you are asked to confirm payment, so nothing is hidden until the last step.
