Next-Day RSVP Cards
Invitations rarely go into their envelopes on time, and the reply card is usually the missing piece. Order RSVP cards by 2.30pm Mon–Fri and they are printed the same day and delivered on the next working day to any UK mainland address, so the suite can be stuffed and posted the day after you notice the gap. Miss the cut-off, or order at a weekend or on a bank holiday, and they print on the next working day and arrive the working day after that.
RSVP cards print on 324gsm Mohawk Superfine Ultrawhite Eggshell, a bright white premium card with a soft eggshell surface that takes ink from a pen, which matters on a card guests will write on. Choose A6 or A7, or a custom size to fit the envelopes you already have, single sided or double sided with a return address on the back, in tiers from 10 to 200 or a custom quantity. Design online or upload a print-ready PDF with 3 mm bleed; the card price is unchanged.

The next-day rule
Next-day delivery needs your order in, and your artwork approved, by 2.30pm Mon–Fri for delivery the next working day. Production is scheduled from your approval, not from the time you order, so orders placed or artwork approved after that, or at weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day and arrive the working day after. Every order gets a free artwork proof within the hour; changes to the artwork itself are a priced service per file, back within the hour too.

What card are next-day RSVP cards printed on?
324gsm Mohawk Superfine Ultrawhite Eggshell, the single stock we run RSVP cards on. It is a bright white premium card with a lightly textured eggshell surface, heavy enough to feel like proper stationery, and its uncoated surface takes ink from a pen so guests can fill it in. It prints the same day, so there is no lighter substitute for fast orders.
Which RSVP card sizes fit standard envelopes?
A6 (105 × 148 mm) and A7 (74 × 105 mm) are the two standard formats and pair with C6 and C7 envelopes respectively; the A7 card also slips inside an A6 invitation envelope. If your envelopes are a different size, enter a custom width and height in millimetres. Check the envelope before ordering, since production starts as soon as you pay.
Can I print the return address on the back of the RSVP card?
Yes: choose double sided and put the reply lines on the front and your return address, or a pre-addressed panel, on the reverse. Single sided suits a card that goes back in its own addressed envelope. Both options are printed in the same afternoon, so your choice does not affect the delivery day.
How do I make sure my RSVP cards match invitations printed elsewhere?
Upload artwork set in the same typefaces and colours as the invitation, as a print-ready PDF with 3 mm bleed at A6, A7 or your custom size. If the invitations were printed with us, use the same artwork file and the suite reads as one. The online designer is also available if you are starting from scratch.
Is there still time to add RSVP cards if the invitations are already at the printers without them?
Order by 2.30pm Mon–Fri and the RSVP cards print that same day, ready for a courier to deliver on the next working day to any UK mainland address, in time to go in the envelopes with the invitations. After 2.30pm, or over a weekend or bank holiday, the cards print on the next working day and arrive the day after that instead. The dates at the top of this page are calculated from today's date, so you can see which timetable you're working to before the invitations go in the post.
Is next-day delivery still the right choice for RSVP cards if the wedding is next spring?
Not usually. If the reply-by date is months off, standard delivery is free to UK mainland addresses on orders over £25 (£2.95 below that) and takes 3-5 working days, and the cards themselves cost exactly the same as they would with faster delivery; only the delivery speed is priced differently at checkout. Next-day delivery earns its price when the invitation suite is already running late and the reply cards are the piece still missing.
