Next-Day Escort Cards
Escort cards can only be printed once the table plan is settled, and the table plan is usually the last thing to settle. Order by 2.30pm Mon–Fri and the full set is printed the same day and delivered on the next working day to any UK mainland address, so a seating chart finalised on a Wednesday is on the entrance table by Thursday. After the cut-off, or at a weekend or bank holiday, printing moves to the next working day and delivery follows the day after.
They print one guest per card on 350gsm uncoated or 324gsm Mohawk Superfine Ultrawhite Eggshell, a wedding-grade card, with a custom stock option if the suite calls for something specific. Sizes are A7, A6, 85 × 55 mm and 89 × 51 mm, plus custom, single or double sided, in tiers from 10 to 200 or a custom quantity. Design the set online, or upload a print-ready PDF with 3 mm bleed and one card per page. The cards cost the same as any other day.

The next-day rule
Next-day delivery needs your order in, and your artwork approved, by 2.30pm Mon–Fri for delivery the next working day. Production is scheduled from your approval, not from the time you order, so orders placed or artwork approved after that, or at weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day and arrive the working day after. Every order gets a free artwork proof within the hour; changes to the artwork itself are a priced service per file, back within the hour too.

Build the escort card once in the online designer, complete with table numbers, then work through the guest list swapping in each name before you approve; the layout and stock stay identical across the run. Whichever route you use, the file needs to be final and paid for by 2.30pm Mon–Fri, because production begins the moment payment clears and a name cannot be corrected once printing has started.

Place a second small order for the affected guests only; escort card tiers start at 10, so a top-up is inexpensive. Order it by 2.30pm Mon–Fri and it follows the same next-working-day timetable as the first set. Choose the same stock and size so the new cards sit indistinguishably among the originals on the entrance table.
Is there any way to get escort cards printed if we only notice they're missing the night before the wedding?
