Please supply your artwork as a print-ready PDF with a 3mm bleed and crop marks. Make sure all colours are CMYK and imagery is 300dpi.

Every order is covered by the Presswift Guarantee: printed to the proof you approve and the specification you choose, or put right. If what arrives is damaged, short or does not match the approved proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the problem and a count of the affected copies, and keep the copies unused while we look. We reprint the affected copies to the same specification or, where a reprint is not practical, refund them; approved refunds reach your original payment method within 7-10 working days. Because every job is printed to your own artwork and specification, we cannot take a return simply because you have changed your mind, and errors carried through the proof you approved, or colour and trim variation within normal print tolerance, are not print faults. That is what the free digital proof is for — check the colours, wording and layout on the proof and nothing goes to press until you are happy with it.

How durable is the print?
UV ink is cured by ultraviolet light as it is applied, so it bonds to the surface rather than sitting on it as a film. It stands up to handling and hand washing far better than a printed label or a sticker.
Why are keepsakes quoted rather than priced online?
The object, the group size and the amount of artwork all change the job, and some items need the rotary attachment while others print flat. Tell us the numbers and what you would like printed and we will price the set the same working day.
What are transfer sets?
Printed transfers your guests apply themselves to bottles and glasses on the night. They are a good way of giving everyone something personalised without shipping a crate of glassware to a venue.
Can you print photographs, not just names?
Yes. Send the highest-resolution original you have. Photographs print in full colour; on a dark or metallic object we lay down a white base first so the colours read properly.

About UV-Printed Keepsakes & Drinkware
UV printing puts a photograph, a name or a date directly onto an object rather than onto a label stuck to it. We print in-house onto stainless tumblers and hip flasks using a rotary attachment that turns the vessel under the head, and onto flat items such as wooden and acrylic tokens, coasters and plaques.
The ink is cured by ultraviolet light as it is laid down, so it bonds to the surface and does not sit on it as a film. That is what makes the print survive being carried around a weekend, put in a bag and washed by hand. Substrates we hold include clear 3mm acrylic and 3mm birch plywood; other objects are quoted on what you want printed.
We also supply transfer sets your guests can apply themselves to bottles and glasses on the night, which works well when you want everyone to end up with something personal without shipping a crate of glassware.
