If what arrives is damaged, short or does not match the approved proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the problem and a count of the affected copies, and keep the copies unused while we look. Because every job is printed to your own artwork and specification, we cannot take a return simply because you have changed your mind, and errors carried through the proof you approved, or colour and trim variation within normal print tolerance, are not print faults. The party pack is the whole set from one photograph: a photo face mask for every guest, a life-size cardboard cut-out of the guest of honour, a personalised banner and name badges for the group, all printed and contour-cut in-house and delivered together in one parcel.
It exists because ordering the four separately is more work than it needs to be. Send one good photograph and tell us the group size and the date; we prepare the cutting paths, set the banner and badges, and price the whole thing as a single job rather than four line items with four minimums. The cut-out and the masks are cut on the same machine from the same file, so the face is consistent across the set.
