Free design templates
Each template has the bleed, cut line and safe area already marked, so your file is set up correctly first time:
- Download your size and corner style — PDF for Illustrator, Affinity or InDesign; PNG for Photoshop or Canva.
- Open it in your design app, or place it on a locked layer at 100% size — it already includes the 3mm bleed.
- Design over it: run your background right to the red bleed edge and keep text and logos inside the green safe area.
- Hide or delete the template layer, then export a print-ready PDF (CMYK, 300dpi) and upload it with your order.
Delivered within 3-5 working days of ordering, once your free proof is approved. That window is the whole job, not just the van: we print, finish and dispatch your order and the tracked carrier delivers it. The clock starts when you approve your free digital proof, so approving promptly is the fastest thing you can do.
Choose your delivery speed at checkout — every parcel is tracked:
- • Standard delivery — 3-5 working days, free to UK mainland addresses on orders over £25, £2.95 below that
- • Next-day delivery — next working day when you order and approve your artwork by 2.30pm Mon–Fri, priced at checkout
- • Next-day by 1pm or by 10.30am — next working day, by the time chosen, when you order and approve your artwork by 2.30pm Mon–Fri, priced at checkout
- • Saturday delivery — Saturday, for orders approved by 2.30pm on Friday, priced at checkout
- • Same-day delivery in London — order up to 500 units with print-ready artwork by 2.30pm Mon–Fri, and a tracked courier delivers the same day. Priced at checkout, including same-day production.
The Highlands & Islands, offshore and international addresses are priced live at checkout, as are unusually heavy orders — over 15kg is £14.95 whatever the order value. Very large pieces (any side over 120cm, such as A0 boards) go by courier rather than post: £7.95 on Standard, with the faster services at the courier's large-parcel rate, shown at checkout. See live delivery prices and times.
Every order is covered by the Presswift Guarantee: printed to the proof you approve and the specification you choose, or put right. If what arrives is damaged, short or does not match the approved proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the problem and a count of the affected copies, and keep the copies unused while we look. We reprint the affected copies to the same specification or, where a reprint is not practical, refund them; approved refunds reach your original payment method within 7-10 working days. Read the Presswift Guarantee.
Because every job is printed to your own artwork and specification, we cannot take a return simply because you have changed your mind, and errors carried through the proof you approved, or colour and trim variation within normal print tolerance, are not print faults. That is what the free digital proof is for — check the colours, wording and layout on the proof and nothing goes to press until you are happy with it.
What size should a wedding table plan be?
A2 suits a small wedding of a few tables, A1 is the usual choice for sixty to a hundred guests, and A0 gives room to set every name at a size guests can read from a step back. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one.
What is the board made of?
Rigid 5mm foam board — a lightweight foam core between two printed faces. It holds itself flat on an easel, does not curl in a warm room and takes a sharp, full-colour print across the whole face.
Do you supply an easel or stand?
The board is supplied ready to display on an easel or a stand. Most venues have one; check with yours before the day and tell us the size you are ordering so you can confirm it fits.
Can you lay the plan out for me?
Yes. Send us your table list and the colours or fonts from your invitation suite and we will set it. If you have finished artwork, upload a print-ready PDF and we will check it before printing.
What if the seating changes at the last minute?
It usually does. Leave the order as late as you dare, then use same-day courier delivery across London if you order before the weekday cut-off, or standard delivery of 3 to 5 working days if you have the time.
How much do Table Plans cost?
Table Plans start from £24.75 excluding VAT. The price updates live on this page as you choose your size, material and quantity, and the price per unit falls at higher quantities.
What sizes do Table Plans come in?
Table Plans are available in 3 sizes: A2, A1 and A0. You can also enter a custom size in millimetres and see the price update instantly.
Which materials can I choose for Table Plans?
Table Plans can be printed on Foamboard 5mm. Each option is listed with its thickness or type so you can match durability to the job, and the page reprices as you switch.
Can I get Table Plans delivered the same day?
Yes. Order Table Plans, and approve your artwork, by 2.30pm Mon–Fri and a tracked courier delivers them the same day in London. Elsewhere in the UK, standard tracked delivery takes 3-5 working days, with express and next-day options at checkout (next-day: order and approve your artwork by 2.30pm Mon–Fri).
How much is delivery for Table Plans?
Standard tracked delivery is free to UK mainland addresses on orders over £25 (£2.95 below that), and takes 3-5 working days from ordering. The Highlands & Islands, offshore and international addresses are priced live at checkout, as are orders over 15kg (£14.95 whatever the order value). Express and next-day services are available at checkout (next-day: order and approve your artwork by 2.30pm Mon–Fri), and a courier can deliver in London on the day you order when you order by 2.30pm Mon–Fri.
Do you provide free artwork templates for Table Plans?
Yes. Free artwork templates for every table plans size — PDF and PNG, with the bleed, trim and safe area already marked — are in the Artwork Guidelines section on this page.
About Table Plans
A table plan has to be readable from a distance by people holding a drink, which is why we print ours on rigid 5mm foam board rather than paper. The board holds its own weight on an easel, does not curl in a warm room and takes a crisp, full-colour print edge to edge.
Sizes run A2, A1 and A0, plus custom dimensions. A2 suits a small wedding of a handful of tables; A1 is the usual choice for sixty to a hundred guests; A0 gives you room to set every name at a size guests can read without stepping forward and squinting. As a rule of thumb, size up rather than down — the most common complaint about a table plan is that the names are too small.
Match it to your invitation suite, or send us your table list and we will set it out. A real person checks the artwork before it prints, which matters on a piece that lists every guest by name. Boards are supplied ready for an easel or a display stand. Same-day London delivery is available when the seating chart is only finalised at the last minute, which it very often is.
