Twelve-panel concertina leaflets printed full colour on both sides of a single 594 x 210 mm sheet, then creased and zigzag-folded down to a neat 99 x 210 mm DL. Six generous panels per side give you room for product ranges, price lists, maps, timelines and step-by-step guides that unfold in one continuous strip. Printed on smooth silk stocks fed through our long-sheet banner tray, with optional matt, gloss or soft touch lamination, and supplied flat-folded ready to post in a DL envelope.

Please supply your artwork as a print-ready PDF with 3mm bleed and no crop marks (we add our own). Make sure all colours are CMYK and imagery is 300dpi.

Free design templates
Each template has the bleed, cut line and safe area already marked, so your file is set up correctly first time:
- Download your size: PDF for Illustrator, Affinity or InDesign; PNG for Photoshop or Canva.
- Open it in your design app, or place it on a locked layer at 100% size. It already includes the 3mm bleed.
- Design over it: run your background right to the red bleed edge and keep text and logos inside the green safe area.
- Hide or delete the template layer, then export a print-ready PDF (CMYK, 300dpi) and upload it with your order.

Flat prints bigger than A4, such as A3 posters or 25 cm stickers, travel in a larger, board-backed pack: paid delivery services carry a packing charge for it, shown at checkout, and free standard delivery stays free. Very large pieces (any side over 120 cm, such as A0 boards) go by courier rather than post, at the courier price shown at checkout for each service. Pieces over 150 cm, or over 100 cm both ways, are beyond the parcel couriers: they travel with a specialist courier at the rate shown at checkout, or we split the artwork into smaller panels for you free of charge. Because every job is printed to your own artwork and specification, we cannot take a return simply because you have changed your mind, and errors carried through the print preview you approved, or colour and trim variation within normal print tolerance, are not print faults. What's the difference between the various fold types?
Different fold types create different effects: Gate-fold opens like gates for dramatic reveals, Concertina/Accordion folds in parallel for timelines and maps, Z-fold creates a zig-zag pattern, Half-fold is a simple fold creating 4 pages, and Tri-fold/Letter fold creates 6 panels perfect for brochures.
Which fold type should I choose?
Choose based on your content: Gate-fold for high-impact reveals and premium presentations, Concertina for timelines and sequential information, Z-fold for compact mailings, Half-fold for simple 4-page layouts, and Tri-fold for traditional brochures and menus.
What's the best paper weight for folded leaflets?
We fold 150gsm to 350gsm. 150-170gsm suits most folded leaflets: enough body to feel good in the hand without being too thick to fold cleanly. For gate-folds and premium pieces, 200-250gsm works well, and every piece from 170gsm is creased before it folds so the fold does not crack. Our folder takes flat sheets from 140 × 150 mm, so A5 flat, folding to A6, is the smallest folded leaflet.
Can I add lamination to folded leaflets?
On 300gsm and heavier, yes: matt, gloss or soft touch lamination, laminated first and then creased and folded for clean, crack-free folds. We do not laminate lighter paper, because it curls under the film, so choose a 300gsm or heavier stock if the piece will be handled often and you want it laminated.
How should I set up my artwork for folded products?
Provide artwork as a single flat layout showing all panels in sequence. Include fold position guides (we'll remove these). Ensure critical content stays away from fold lines. We can provide templates for your specific size and fold type.
