Twelve-panel concertina leaflets printed full colour on both sides of a single 594 x 210 mm sheet, then creased and zigzag-folded down to a neat 99 x 210 mm DL. Six generous panels per side give you room for product ranges, price lists, maps, timelines and step-by-step guides that unfold in one continuous strip. Printed on smooth silk stocks fed through our long-sheet banner tray, with optional matt, gloss or soft touch lamination, and supplied flat-folded ready to post in a DL envelope.

What's the difference between the various fold types?
Different fold types create different effects: Gate-fold opens like gates for dramatic reveals, Concertina/Accordion folds in parallel for timelines and maps, Z-fold creates a zig-zag pattern, Half-fold is a simple fold creating 4 pages, and Tri-fold/Letter fold creates 6 panels perfect for brochures.
Which fold type should I choose?
Choose based on your content: Gate-fold for high-impact reveals and premium presentations, Concertina for timelines and sequential information, Z-fold for compact mailings, Half-fold for simple 4-page layouts, and Tri-fold for traditional brochures and menus.
What's the best paper weight for folded leaflets?
We recommend 130-170gsm for most folded products. This provides enough body without being too thick to fold cleanly. For gate-folds and premium pieces, 200-250gsm works well. Lighter papers (100-120gsm) suit high-volume mailings.
Can I add lamination to folded leaflets?
Yes. We recommend matt or gloss lamination for durability and professional finish. We laminate first, then score and fold, ensuring clean, crack-free creases. Lamination is especially recommended for pieces that will be handled frequently.
How should I set up my artwork for folded products?
