Sheet stickers are printed in full colour and kiss cut on the backing sheet, so each sticker peels off when you need it. Upload one sticker at the size you chose and we lay out the sheet; the quantity you order is the number of stickers. Pick a circle, square, rectangle or A size, or enter your own size from 30 mm. Custom shape: kiss cut round your design, 2 mm outside its edge, so each one peels off the sheet. For a custom shape, upload a PNG with a transparent background, your design on plain white, or a PDF. If your PDF has a cut line named CutContour we cut on that line. Gaps inside the design are filled; the cut follows the outside edge. We show the cut line on your proof before we print. Choose from the same five stocks as Individual Stickers: two self-adhesive papers for dry, indoor use (Writable, our lowest-cost stock, and High Gloss) and three polyester films that resist water, oil and handling better than paper (Matt White, Gloss White and Gloss Clear). Gloss White has a removable adhesive; the other four are permanent. We print without white ink, so on Gloss Clear anything white in your design prints clear. Every order gets a free digital proof before we print.

Please supply your artwork as a print-ready PDF with 3mm bleed and no crop marks (we add our own). Make sure all colours are CMYK and imagery is 300dpi.

Free design templates
Each template has the bleed, cut line and safe area already marked, so your file is set up correctly first time:
- Download your size: PDF for Illustrator, Affinity or InDesign; PNG for Photoshop or Canva.
- Open it in your design app, or place it on a locked layer at 100% size. It already includes the 3mm bleed.
- Design over it: run your background right to the red bleed edge and keep text and logos inside the green safe area.
- Hide or delete the template layer, then export a print-ready PDF (CMYK, 300dpi) and upload it with your order.

Northern Ireland, the Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Wight, offshore and international addresses are priced live at checkout, as are unusually heavy orders: over 15kg is £14.95 whatever the order value. Flat prints bigger than A4, such as A3 posters or 25 cm stickers, travel in a larger, board-backed pack: paid delivery services carry a packing charge for it, shown at checkout, and free standard delivery stays free. Very large pieces (any side over 120 cm, such as A0 boards) go by courier rather than post, at the courier price shown at checkout for each service. Pieces over 150 cm, or over 100 cm both ways, are beyond the parcel couriers: they travel with a specialist courier at the rate shown at checkout, or we split the artwork into smaller panels for you free of charge. Every order is covered by the Presswift Guarantee: printed to the print preview you approve and the specification you choose, or put right. If what arrives is damaged, short or does not match the approved print preview, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the problem and a count of the affected copies, and keep the copies unused while we look. Because every job is printed to your own artwork and specification, we cannot take a return simply because you have changed your mind, and errors carried through the print preview you approved, or colour and trim variation within normal print tolerance, are not print faults. That is what the free print preview is for: check the colours, wording and layout on the print preview and nothing goes to press until you are happy with it.
What is a sheet sticker?
One design printed many times on a shared backing sheet. Each sticker is kiss cut: we cut round it but not through the backing, so it lifts off on its own while the rest stay on the sheet until you need them. Custom shape: kiss cut round your design, 2 mm outside its edge, so each one peels off the sheet. Upload a PNG with a transparent background, your design on plain white, or a PDF. If your PDF has a cut line named CutContour we cut on that line. Gaps inside the design are filled; the cut follows the outside edge. We show the cut line on your free print preview before we print. The 2 mm band between your design and the cut is left unprinted: white on the white stocks, clear on Gloss Clear.
What sizes do Sheet Stickers come in?
Circles and squares from 40 mm to 300 mm across (40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 100, 150, 200, 250 or 300 mm), and rectangles from 50 × 25 mm through 70 × 35, 100 × 50, 100 × 70, 150 × 100 and 200 × 100 mm, plus A6, A5, A4 and A3. Each shape also takes your own size, from 30 mm up to a 300 mm circle or square or a 300 × 420 mm rectangle, the largest piece we can cut from an SRA3 sheet. On the Custom shape tab, pick 50, 75 or 100 mm, the square your sticker fits inside, or enter the most your sticker measures each way, from 30 mm up to 300 × 420 mm. Larger than that? Which stock should I choose for Sheet Stickers?
There are five. Two are Adhesive Papers with a permanent adhesive, for dry, indoor use. Writable is an uncoated matt white paper and our lowest-cost stock, good for address labels and envelope seals. High Gloss is a bright white paper with a mirror-like shine for vivid colour. Three are Premium Polyester Films, which resist water, oil and handling better than paper. Matt White has a soft, low-glare face and a permanent adhesive. Gloss White has a bright gloss face and a removable adhesive, so it can come off smooth surfaces later; it is not for rough surfaces or PVC. Gloss Clear has a permanent adhesive and lets the jar, bottle or window show through around your design. We do not print white, so white in your design prints clear on Gloss Clear, and colours look lighter on dark surfaces.
How is a sheet sticker different from individual stickers?
Sheet stickers are kiss cut: we cut round each sticker but not through the backing, so they stay together on the sheet and you peel them off as you need them. Individual stickers come loose, each on its own piece of backing, ready to hand out or pack. Both come in the same shapes, sizes and stocks, printed and cut in our Battersea print room. We do not cut sheet stickers apart, so if you need singles, order Individual Stickers.
Is the quantity sheets or stickers?
Stickers. Choose how many stickers you need and we print as many sheets as that takes. Upload one sticker at the size you chose, with 3 mm bleed, not a whole sheet: we lay out the sheet and kiss cut each sticker, so there is no layout or spacing to set. Several designs? Set How many designs? to the number of designs and the quantity to how many of each you want. Each design gets its own sheets, and you upload one file per design in the basket.
Can I put different designs on one sheet?
Each line of an order is one design on its own sheets. For a sheet with several designs, ask for a quote. Send each design as its own file and tell us how many of each you want, and we will lay out the sheet for you.
Are sheet stickers waterproof?
None of our stickers is waterproof. For anything that gets damp or wiped, such as bottles, jars and toiletries, choose one of the three Premium Polyester Film stocks on this page: they resist water and oil better than paper. The two Adhesive Paper stocks, Writable and High Gloss, are for dry, indoor use. Our stickers are not laminated, so if a sticker will be used outdoors, ask us first.
What will the print preview show me?
Your file on the sticker with the cut line and the bleed edge drawn on and the part that is trimmed off shaded. On a round sticker the cut line is the circle we cut, so you can see that the corners of your file go; on a custom shape it is the line we cut round your design, 2 mm outside its edge. If white in your design would print clear on Gloss Clear, or a round design sits on a square, we tell you with your print preview and offer a fix. If we offer a free cut-to-size or white-border option, each option has its own preview so you can compare them. The print preview is free and comes back within the hour (studio hours, 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday), and nothing is printed until you approve it. For next-day or same-day delivery, order and approve your artwork by 2.30pm Mon–Fri. If your file needs a change, what counts is when you approve the new print preview.
How much do Sheet Stickers cost?
Sheet Stickers start from £25.21 excluding VAT for 50 units. The price updates live on this page as you choose your size, stock and quantity, and the price per unit falls at higher quantities.
Can I get Sheet Stickers delivered the same day?
Yes, on orders of up to 500 items with print-ready artwork. Order Sheet Stickers, and approve your artwork, by 2.30pm Mon–Fri and a tracked courier delivers them the same day in London. Elsewhere in the UK, standard tracked delivery takes 3-5 working days, with express and next-day options at checkout (next-day: order and approve your artwork by 2.30pm Mon–Fri).

If your file needs bleed or is not quite the size you ordered, you choose how we print it, free of charge: cut to size or with a white border, each shown as a preview with the cut line drawn on it. A round sticker's preview shows the circle we cut; anything outside it is trimmed off. A custom shape is always cut round your design, and its print preview shows that line.
They work well for packs of one sticker design, product labels in batches and seals kept together until you apply them, anywhere a run is easier to store and use on the sheet.
