Please supply your artwork as a print-ready PDF with a 3mm bleed and crop marks. Make sure all colours are CMYK and imagery is 300dpi.

Free design templates
Each template has the bleed, cut line and safe area already marked, so your file is set up correctly first time:
- Download your size and corner style — PDF for Illustrator, Affinity or InDesign; PNG for Photoshop or Canva.
- Open it in your design app, or place it on a locked layer at 100% size — it already includes the 3mm bleed.
- Design over it: run your background right to the red bleed edge and keep text and logos inside the green safe area.
- Hide or delete the template layer, then export a print-ready PDF (CMYK, 300dpi) and upload it with your order.

Every order is covered by the Presswift Guarantee: printed to the proof you approve and the specification you choose, or put right. If what arrives is damaged, short or does not match the approved proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the problem and a count of the affected copies, and keep the copies unused while we look. We reprint the affected copies to the same specification or, where a reprint is not practical, refund them; approved refunds reach your original payment method within 7-10 working days. Because every job is printed to your own artwork and specification, we cannot take a return simply because you have changed your mind, and errors carried through the proof you approved, or colour and trim variation within normal print tolerance, are not print faults. That is what the free digital proof is for — check the colours, wording and layout on the proof and nothing goes to press until you are happy with it.
What poster sizes do you print?
We print the full A-series — A0, A1, A2, A3 and A4 — the most popular being A1 and A2 for display posters and A3 for windows and interiors. Our paper size guide has the exact dimensions.
Which paper weight is best for posters?
Our large-format posters (A2, A1 and A0) print on 120gsm stock — the industry-standard weight for display posters, light enough to hang easily while holding colour beautifully. For smaller sizes or if you need something heavier, ask us and we'll recommend the right option.
Matt or gloss finish?
Matt is easy to read under lighting and avoids glare; gloss makes photography and bright colours stand out. Both print sharply — it comes down to the look you want.
Can you print posters for outdoor use?
Our standard posters are for indoor and window display. For outdoor or standalone signage, a rigid board such as foam board or Dibond is the better choice.
How should I supply artwork?
A print-ready PDF at 300dpi, CMYK, with 3mm bleed and key content 5mm inside the trim. We'll proof it digitally before printing.
