Name badges made for the last night of freedom. Give everyone in the group a title for the night, from Team Bride, Chief Bridesmaid and Best Man to the nickname they can never live down, printed in vivid colour on thick card. Wear them on a lanyard, slip them into a plastic wallet, and the whole crew is named from the first bar to the last. Party badges get hugged, pulled and knocked, so add metal eyelet reinforcement: a metal eyelet in each lanyard hole, so the clip pulls on metal, not card, and the badge lasts the night. Please supply your artwork as a print-ready PDF with 3mm bleed and no crop marks (we add our own). Make sure all colours are CMYK and imagery is 300dpi.

Free design templates
Each template has the bleed, cut line and safe area already marked, so your file is set up correctly first time:
- Download your size: PDF for Illustrator, Affinity or InDesign; PNG for Photoshop or Canva.
- Open it in your design app, or place it on a locked layer at 100% size. It already includes the 3mm bleed.
- Design over it: run your background right to the red bleed edge and keep text and logos inside the green safe area.
- Hide or delete the template layer, then export a print-ready PDF (CMYK, 300dpi) and upload it with your order.

That window is the whole job, not just the van: we print, finish and dispatch your order and the tracked carrier delivers it. The clock starts when you approve your free print preview, so approving promptly is the fastest thing you can do.

Northern Ireland, the Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Wight, offshore and international addresses are priced live at checkout, as are unusually heavy orders: over 15kg is £14.95 whatever the order value. Flat prints bigger than A4, such as A3 posters or 25 cm stickers, travel in a larger, board-backed pack: paid delivery services carry a packing charge for it, shown at checkout, and free standard delivery stays free. Very large pieces (any side over 120 cm, such as A0 boards) go by courier rather than post, at the courier price shown at checkout for each service. Pieces over 150 cm, or over 100 cm both ways, are beyond the parcel couriers: they travel with a specialist courier at the rate shown at checkout, or we split the artwork into smaller panels for you free of charge. Every order is covered by the Presswift Guarantee: printed to the print preview you approve and the specification you choose, or put right. If what arrives is damaged, short or does not match the approved print preview, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the problem and a count of the affected copies, and keep the copies unused while we look. Because every job is printed to your own artwork and specification, we cannot take a return simply because you have changed your mind, and errors carried through the print preview you approved, or colour and trim variation within normal print tolerance, are not print faults. That is what the free print preview is for: check the colours, wording and layout on the print preview and nothing goes to press until you are happy with it.
Can every badge have a different name?
Yes. Choose the Individual Names option and supply your list — every badge in the order can carry a different name or nickname, matched from your list to its badge.
Can I put a photo on the badges?
Yes. A photo of the guest of honour on every badge is a party classic. Upload artwork with the photo in place, and remember we print in full colour at no extra cost.
Do the badges come with lanyards?
Only if you choose them: pick No lanyard, single clip or double clip. Lanyards and wallets arrive loose for you to put together, or add Lanyard Assembly and Badges Put in Wallets and we do it for you.
Will the badges survive the night?
Yes: every badge comes with one of two protections. A clear plastic wallet (the default, for badges up to 90 × 60 mm) takes the clip itself, and a double clip lanyard clips to the wallet's two corner holes. Metal Eyelet Reinforcement puts one metal eyelet in the lanyard hole at the top centre, so a single clip pulls on metal, not card. We never cut a bare clip slot in the card: it tears in use.
How quickly can I get badges for a stag or hen do?
Standard delivery is 3-5 working days after artwork approval. Left it late? Order before the weekday cut-off and we can print and courier the same day across London.
How should I supply my artwork?
Send a print-ready PDF in CMYK at 300dpi with 3mm bleed. Keep names and photos clear of the edges so nothing important is trimmed off — and double-check the spelling of every nickname. If you choose Metal Eyelet Reinforcement, keep a 12 mm circle at the top centre clear for the hole (it is cut 8 mm down); the blank template marks it.

Party name badges put a name — or a nickname — on everyone in the group for the whole night. The stag and hen do favourite: Team Bride, Chief Bridesmaid, Best Man, or the title someone earned years ago and never lived down, printed in full colour on thick card and worn on a lanyard or slipped into a clear badge wallet.
